Our room looked like it was recently updated, clean, modern, comfortable. But the wash cloths given were paper thin. The stairwells were dirty. Only one ice machine in lobby area, very inconvenient. But for the price and only one night, I would stay again.

They smoke at this hotel. I mean, a lot. In the lobby, in the hall. When I requested reimbursement as I am a non smoker, they were very accommodating.

We had puddles of water in the bathroom every day, told staff, they took our bath mat to soak it up but did not give us another one to use or fix the problem. The floor was absolutely filthy, had to use their towels and water to wipe it up(I have pictures of how dirty it was), our shoes stuck to the floor. The bathtub was rusty but they did not clean it. They never came into our room except the first day to put our bath mat on the water issue. We never got clean towels or a clean bath mat. Our towels never dried after our shower and since they did not take our soaked towels that were on the floor when the manager and maintenance man came into the room we went and bought towels so we could shower. Also had to buy some room spray as the room literally stunk so bad, like someone threw up, literally gross. Our door did not close properly. We will NEVER stay at another Motel 6! Terrible experience. Dogs barking all the time also. Not a happy customer. Not that they would even care.

This is an older out-dated motel. Normally, all I care about is if the room is clean - and this room was very clean - but we did have a problem. The key cards were very touchy and hard to use. We were given 2 and often we had to try both of them to get one to work.

The cleaning staff were very friendly and everything was clean in the room but our room was definitely a smoking room at some time and had been painted. The stench was still there. The place needs further updates for sure but it was in a decent area. The front desk clerk needs some training in public relations because she was not friendly at all upon arrival. It was like we were inconveniencing her..We probably won’t return unless they get rid of the smoke and weed smell from the rooms and hallways.

It was fine but the outside door not locking wasnt reassuring, the fridge was leaky all over our food,the hallways reaked of smoke. Also the vaccuming the hallways at 830 in the morning is very impolite im on vacation id prefer not to get woken up in the middle of the morning. Staff was nice tv was nice shower was nice and hot and bed was comfy. But my review stands
