My reservation went like this. At 10am, i called the hotel because i was diagnosed with strep throat. Lady at the desk said to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who called the front desk and got hung up on. We were not asking for a refund, but to switch dates because i would be very contagious. From there, the back office called on their own and they wouldnt help at all, and to quote "were sticking to the decision". So you lost a client, it would have cost nothing to move the date. I could have come and infected your staff and guests but thats not a reasonable thing to do.

Good location to the downtown. ISSUE: It is frustrating that an additional $150 holding fee was charged to my credit card even though I had paid for my room when I booked on Expedia. I contacted The Barrington Hotel and I was informed that I have to wait a few days to get that credited to my credit card and that if it was removed after a few days for me to contact my bank. Certainly not impressed.

Everything was great, except there was a door between my unit and the unit next to me, I believe which made it so I could hear the neighbours quite clearly even up till midnight, even though they weren’t being extremely loud I was able to hear them clearly so the soundproofing was not the greatest.
