Relaxing break
Friendly staff. Really good spa, therapists wete excellent. Its a shame you cannot have an evening meal in the hotel on Sunday or Monday. Some of the decor is a little dated but the newly furbished areas are nice. Easy walking distance to the centre of Pitlochry

Lovely pool area, hotel is in a very convenient location and staff are excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was nicely decorated and cosy but bathroom needed a refurb - broken and uneven floor tiles. Overall a nice hotel, good value and really helpful and friendly staff.

Clean comfortable hotel but no restaurant on a Sunday or Monday for evening meal which was very disappointing when that’s the two nights you are staying. Great location in heart of the town.

Lack of parking was an issue. We had to wait until somebody pulled out before we could park. Cars were parking on grassed areas and double yellow lines as carpark it clearly too small.

1. All the staff we met in reception, the dining room or generlly around the hotel were very helpful, and generally pleasant. 2. The hotel is located in the centre of town, yet, away from the crowded Atholl Road.

The hotel is a little tired, the pool is tiny and overlooked by the bar and the evening menu limited. However the room was comfortable and clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Decent 3 star hotel in the middle of Pitlochry. Pool was very busy and bar prices ridiculous. Breakfast was ok. Large clean room.

I liked the location, staff friendly. Room spacious beds comfortable. Would benefit from upgrading Enjoyed the facilties, made use of pool and steamroom. Both very small though to cater for demand. Husband disliked open urinals in changing. No wifi in rooms, very disappointing.

Bathroom in room, pool, breakfast, staff, near town all good. Old style hotel, but still okay. Some furnishings and some decor a bit too be desired. But overall, an acceptable enjoyable stay.
