Great stay within walking distance of the restaurant and theatre. Cosy . Nice swim in the pool when we arrived after swift checkin. Such a beautiful place to walk even in cloudy weather.

Everything was good apart from no staff at bar and reception i waited for 10 minutes because member of staff was on the phone and after me there were 8 people waited for drinks. Need more staff it was really bad.

Great hotel and great location Was excited about the onsite parking and i cluded breakfast.... but there wasnt enough parking so we had to be on street and tje breakfast was by appointment so we couldnt eat before we had to depart.

Wonderful stay at the hotel at the end of walking the beautiful Rob Roy Way. Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea for my friend's birthday, relaxed in the pool & spa, great breakfast in the morning & a delicious evening meal. The staff were great & went out of their way to help. Very convenient location to enjoy all beautiful Pitlochry has to offer. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean but the bathroom had broken tiles and the toilet seat was wobbly and didn’t flush well. The pool/spa area was dirty and not well maintained.

The property has so much potential. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. The pool changing rooms are filthy and do not look like look they are maintained. There was green slime on the surrounding overflow pool drain. The hotel in general needs a lot of maintenance and love. Hotel should have lifecycle management and enough trained staff to maintain. The biggest issue other than dirty pool area was lack of staff and management to make the hotel presentable for the guests to enjoy

Relaxing break
Friendly staff. Really good spa, therapists wete excellent. Its a shame you cannot have an evening meal in the hotel on Sunday or Monday. Some of the decor is a little dated but the newly furbished areas are nice. Easy walking distance to the centre of Pitlochry

Lovely pool area, hotel is in a very convenient location and staff are excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was nicely decorated and cosy but bathroom needed a refurb - broken and uneven floor tiles. Overall a nice hotel, good value and really helpful and friendly staff.

Clean comfortable hotel but no restaurant on a Sunday or Monday for evening meal which was very disappointing when that’s the two nights you are staying. Great location in heart of the town.

Lack of parking was an issue. We had to wait until somebody pulled out before we could park. Cars were parking on grassed areas and double yellow lines as carpark it clearly too small.

1. All the staff we met in reception, the dining room or generlly around the hotel were very helpful, and generally pleasant. 2. The hotel is located in the centre of town, yet, away from the crowded Atholl Road.
