Another great stay!
Another wonderful overnight with 3 large dogs at Hostal de La Monja. When an historic hotel in the middle of a beautiful city welcomes you with your dogs, it’s special! Add gated, secure parking proximity to numerous dinner options, and places to walk the dogs nearby—it’s close to perfect. There’s a bar downstairs and an included breakfast that we’ve been unable to experience due to the length of our drive on those days. But we like this place so much we’ll likely plan 2 nights next time!

My favorite hotel of all time. Feels so magical walking out of your room. Every little death in there is just so beautiful and dreamy. Staff was so friendly. Security was so sweet at all times. Felt so safe having someone there at night. You can walk around everywhere i mean it. Area is so close to many shops. Love it!

The breakfast included option is a scam! I was told that it ended with the pandemia, there isn’t a restaurant service or/and kitchen service nor personal! They will make a small pot of coffee if requested and a few cookies but no more than that! I booked there because of past pleasant experiences, though that is definitely in the past, the place is remarkably going downhill. My bed linen and pillow cases were changed only one in an entire week, the bathroom shower tiles, curtains and drapes were disgustingly dirty! I could go on and on, but it would not change my unpleasant experience, Sorry Monja!!!

Wow! This hotel and the location is wonderful! in the middle of the city with many attractions’ Staff is very very friendly and helpful! Complementary breakfast is delicious! The hotel itself is very beautiful! I 1000 percent recommend the this hotel!

Our stay was ok overall, even though we received a free upgrade,(well appreciated) the upgraded room was great, we had no WI-FI at all. If i'm not mistaking, it was room 317 let me point something out, to my knowledge, the location of room is the problem. I did notified the front desk, they did a great effort to fix the issue, buu i8t was unsuccessful.

Hostal de la Monja is in the middle of the downtown, across the Cathedral; has a parking space behind the hotel; everything is nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included doesn’t have many options but is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

El servicio del personal es impecable. También la limpieza y aseo de los cuartos. Hay dos detalles que motivaron las cuatro estrellas: El aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido, preferí apagarlo. Durante la noche escuché un ruido, del cual no pude ubicar el origen, que me obligó a encender la TV para enmascararlo y poder conciliar el sueño. Parece algún tipo de equipo en operación propiedad del hotel, pero no lo logré identificar. A pesar de eso sí pienso hospedarme de nuevo.
