Fresh paint on vintage architecture. The room was small but clean and neat and the bed & pillows were comfortable for a motel. Needed to run the water to receive hot, but when asking for assistance, the clerk came immediately. Was convenient for our needs.

There was hair in the bed, the sheets were dirty, and the towels were dirty. There were drunk people walking around being loud all night and the price was outrageous. Everything was gross and it reminded me of the hotels they stayed at in Supernatural. I pulled down the covers, laid down semi-clean towels and slept fully clothed for about two hours. Never again.

Room was ok. Stairs to the room was run down. It was an overnight stay during our trip to Mesa Verde. Breakfast was bare minimum. Appreciated coffee/ tea at all times.

Pretty sure this is the same hotel I saw getting refurbished last year, yet it already looks old and in need of repairs. For instance, the tub faucet is cracked and floating away from the wall, and the the AC/heat controls are ancient and don't seem to work (yes, I read the instructions!). Otherwise, the dtaff were friendly enough and breakfast was okay.
