It was good except that if you need something you can't call at the reception, you need to go physically. Shower head needs to be fixed so that the water can flow properly.
Albany should not be a hotel cos it does not have the actual stds of a hotel. The 1st room i was given room 39 was dirty nbi has to go to reception to ask foe another one. The reception is deceiving cos it looks clean but joooo. From 1st floor the smell of the carpets is unbearable considering that its the breakfast place. Then the others floors n rooms are not welcoming from walls to carpets need a redo. In fact i regretted cos i wanted my family to have a great time but we did not cos i guess its mangement do not care
It was a nightmare , very very bad standard , people shouting and yelling every night until 2am in the morning , no towels , key to be reconfirm every days . Stolen close …. The worst stay in hotel possible .
The reception area was ok, and the lady assisting with the check in was helpful. However, I was deeply disappointed with the rest. As we stepped off the lift, we were welcome a not so clean looking passage way leading to our room.
The room looked absolutely nothing like what we saw in the photos when we made our booking. It was an old and tired looking room that we were allocated. It just looked like it desperately needed some renovation. The bathroom was worse.
I will definitely be not booking here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
