Pu led this place to stay because of the sauna , wasn’t working. They had a poker thing happening that took up a lot of the main floor area, and took away the seat by the front door.

Tub/ shower combo is very dangerous. Carpet needs an update. Whole facility smelled of old smoke. Clean, but needs a refresh. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.

The hotel was fine for one night in Bratislava. On a Sunday evening the hotel was dead, no atmosphere. There is a smell of stale cigarettes everywhere but our room was clean and comfortable, but very small for 3 people. We could barely walk around the beds. The staff were lovely. The bar staff were particularly welcoming. Great central location. Parking was pricey but convenient and we managed to park outside the hotel so didn’t need to navigate the underground parking.

Heart of Bratislava
Hotel is cozy. Has a very well equipped gym. Its a little old but overall in good condition. There is a casino in the UG floor and that makes the environment, not that great. Overall a good stay.
