Pros - they let us check in early for a 30 dollar fee / have stores food near by Cons- the entire night I had people above me or a dog running around the room and I called and complained 3 times and they did nothing. We had to leave at 2 am due to an early flight and I explained this and they didn’t seem to care. If looking for a quiet place would not recommend.

I initially thought the Christmas wrapping station was silly, but when my flight changed and I had extra time I realized how awesome it was to get ahead of the holidays! Also love the fact that they have real cups, not just paper. Staff is top notch too.

Not very comfortable
We concluded that Hyatt invests in the breakfast bar and aesthetics of the hotel, but not the furniture. By that I mean: the bed is an old-school spring design, and not comfortable - very bouncy. Other hotels have memory foam and it's sooo much better. Also, the furniture in our room, and in the lobby/breakfast area is quite uncomfortable - maybe they don't want you lingering there too long? That said, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the free parking and overall convenient access/location. The pool and excercise room were very nice too.
