This luxury 1 Bedroom Villa is among the largest of the 1 bedroom villas on Anguilla with 1100 sq ft of living area and nearly 3000 sq ft of outdoor patio and pool deck area. Completely private, gated and fully screened with louvered security windows. Almond Tree Villa is a 5 Star rated, well known and popular Honeymoon villa and couples retreat. 220 degree breathtaking panoramic island views of St. Maarten, St. Barth's, Statia, St. Kitts, Nevis are the best in Anguilla. Expansive covered and open air patios and Crow's Nest overlooks a private pool. The Villa is caressed by warm tropical trade winds year round. Private gardens full of aromatic tropical plants greet you at the entrance. World class beaches (rated by numerous travel magazines) are just a short drive away. A Rental Car will be reserved for all guest upon request with no advance payment required.

All Guests will be met at the Island port of entry (Blowing Point or Wallblake Airport) by a Villa representative and escorted to the property. Guests will be given a tour and familiarized with the property. Guests will also receive a list of important phone numbers for assistance if required during their visit.

What a wonderful 11 days at Almond Tree Villa. Wonderful property with everthing one might need for a romantic stay. From the pool to the Crow's Nest to the attention to detail, one can't go wrong with stay here. The hosts are beyond accomodating even meeting us ar the ferry with a rental car. We definarely will be back.

Paradise in Anguilla
From the time of booking until when we left could not have enough positive things to say about the Almond Tree Villa. Received detailed instructions long before arrival and Sue made every arrangement possible so that all we had to do was get there. Responded immediately to any question and even people on the island knew who they were by the Villa name. Had every amenity you could want and a Housekeeper that came every other day during our 8 days and even did our laundry. It is definitely on the quieter east end but nothing is far in Anguilla. We actually enjoyed going to the more “touristy” areas and then being able to have more peacefulness when we chose. The pool and views were fantastic and if the food wasn’t so good on the island the kitchen and grill had everything for a dinner at home. Stay could not have been better. Could not imagine staying any place else and once you stay in Anguilla you will return. Best people in the world. Thanks Joe and Sue and couple making the trip to to Anguilla would not find a better place than the Almond Tree. Even better than the pictures!!

Almond Tree Villa just as advertised
Almond Tree was a lovely place to stay. There is plenty of room for 4 plus people but it has only one bedroom. With so much space it seems a shame that there are not more bedrooms.....especially the outdoor space! Jeanette (the cleaning lady) came every second day which really makes a difference in a warm climate. Virtually bug-less! The pool man was there regularly which was also great. A loose handle on the sink or when a plastic handle on the fridge broke the repairman was there the next day. For a quiet and relaxing time this is a great location. Thank you Sue and Joseph! Sorry we missed meeting you.

The villa was lovely and extremely well equipped. Loved the quiet location and fabulous view. Was impossible to tear oneself away from the pool. Sue and Joe ( villa owners) were there and they were very kind and helpful. We stayed for 15 nights and then went to a resort for 5 nights. Almond Tree Villa is a real gem!
My husband and I had a fantastic week on Anguilla, due in large part to the accommodations at Almond Tree. The owners have literally thought of everything that one could need. The furnishings are nice (and comfortable), the internet connection and t.v service reliable, the view superb, and the attentiveness of the property manager and housekeeper top notch. It was great to get restaurant and activity recommendations from the owners before we arrived - it made the vacation seem longer because of the anticipation of good things to come! We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing! Beautiful, safe, and unforgettable home!
Spent six nights here and can’t wait to come back. Home is so enjoyable with breathtaking views of St. Martin and the ocean from the spectacular patio to the crows nest upstairs. Enjoyed swimming in the pool each night after exploring the island during the day. Loved the purple and blue lighting in it. Also loved the outdoor shower off of bathroom. And always felt safe while spending the first part of my vacation alone. The team at Almond Tree Villa were very organized and helpful. From Stephen picking me up at Blowing Point Ferry with car rental ready from Bass rental cars to Jeanette coming in to clean up after me during my stay and even doing my laundry. Owners Sue and Joe just top off the unforgettable experience by being so kind and available. They even spent invited me to a Thanksgiving dinner at a local restaurant. They definitely did their homework in choosing this neighborhood to buy a home. It started out as a dream for them and they take a lot of pride in sharing it with others. I have explored the island intensely in the past six days by going to as many places as I can fit into each day and I was always happy to come home to Almond Tree Villa. Thank you Joe and Sue!!!!

Almond Tree Villa
Upon arrival we were greeted at the airport by Steven who took us to get our rental car and then to the Villa. He carefully showed us all the amenities and gave us instructions on how to operate everything. Steven was very helpful and made us immediately feel comfortable. The Villa was welcoming and beautiful inside and out. Outside a beautiful pool was surrounded by a huge tile outdoor space as well as a upper deck. Both provided views of the nearby ocean. The inside had a lovely and inviting decor with wall art familiar to the location. All the necessities were well up-to-date and all the extras one might find in a luxury hotel were provided. Maid service by Jeanette was superior and she was always helpful and friendly. One thing we enjoyed was the outdoor shower adjacent to the master bath. It was especially relaxing when there was a cool breeze. Overall the space was spacious and immaculate and inviting to come home to. We had a wonderful stay on the island enjoying some really great restaurants, bars, sunsets and of course many beautiful beaches.

Absolutely perfect stay in Anguilla
We have been to Anguilla seven times, and we have always stayed in a hotel. This year, we decided to try renting a villa, and wow did we find the right place. Almond Tree Villa is our new home for all of our stays in Anguilla from now on! A perfect location in Seafeathers with a spectacular view of St. Maarten and the beautiful sea. An amazing villa with private pool, incredible outdoor space, and comfortable accommodations . Incredible service -- from the pre-arrival help with rental cards, pickup at the ferry terminal, help with logistics on island, and great cleaning service -- the stay was absolutely perfect. Joe and Sue are friendly and helpful, and their on-island crew is amazing. Finally, the privacy and enjoyment of having our own villa -- especially one as nice as Almond Tree -- made the trip memorable. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great Stay!
The Almond Tree Villa is a beautiful property in a great location on Anguilla. My husband and I had a great time, and the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need including towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chests and much more. Thank you for making our stay great!

Special time spent at Almond Tree
We very much enjoyed our time at Almond Tree. It is small, but plenty spacious for a couple. The outdoor space is awesome. The views, the pool, pool deck, dining under the pagoda, the bar and of course the crow's nest are all spectacular. It's even better than the pictures. The villa is comfortable and well appointed, including beach chairs, multiple coolers, snorkel equipment and fresh beach/pool towels. Jeannette keeps the place spotless and is fantastic with the laundry. And we appreciated the outdoor showers. A few things that would have enhanced the experience: an ice maker, gas grille and upgrading the towels. Overall, very positive experience and we hope to return. A Great Escape
Owners have thought of everything. Car rental was convenient, villa was clean and updated, great colors and very comfortable. Pool was a pleasure and views were great. It is on the quieter end of the island which is what we wanted. Everything came through as advertised and even included a nice personal touch with a welcome gift. We had a great week!
