I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast has a lot of options. They have dinner options as well . Ordering a Margarita felt like a rip off, so they could improve there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful as well. Crystal went above and beyond to assist me with printing a document first thing in the morning. The only issue I had was with house keeping. After two nights my room still didn’t get cleaned, just towels and trash emptied. I could have lived with that, but the dirty glasses were not replaced. I had to wash them out on my own. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay in so many ways!

My family was amazed that we got such a good deal on hotel. Amazing river views, clean and spacious rooms w plates amd utensils, and super kind staff! We plan to meet our Chicago family members there regularly! The breakfast was fantastic. We have never had a free breakfast with as many options. Tne pool water was comfortably warm too.

The breakfast was very good for an inn. The room was very clean and everything looked new. The pool wasn’t very big. I did not go to the rooftop bar. However, the view of the Mississippi river was stunning from the eighth floor. I imagine it’s even better up on the ninth.

Very pleasant stay

Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability. I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good. The included breakfast bar was good with your standard items such as eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruits, muffins. etc. I definitely recommend getting a room overlooking the river. If you get one at the end of the hall, you have a river view out 4 windows. Next time I'll try to stay for more than one night so I can enjoy the amenities I didn't get to this time.
