This beautiful spacious house sits on a private 7.5 acres property. It has so much to offer whether its a family trip or catching up with some friends, or if you just simply want a romantic getaway. This is your home away from home. For your convenience Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking, baking, and grilling. Our kitchen has lots of different cook wear, pot, pans, oven safe dishes, and a vegetable steamer, as well as dishes, utensils, silverware, lots of different tea cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, beer mugs and more. We also provide bed linens, blankets, pillows, and bath towels as well as pool towels.  Our eat in kitchen can accommodate up to 6 people. Our dinning room has large table with plenty of seating space and can accommodate up to 14 people. We also provide a comfortable high chair as well as children's dishes and cups for the little ones. 
This home can comfortable sleep up to 14 people plus. There are 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have kings sized beds and childrens room has a full size bunk bed with single trundle pull out and a single standing full size bed , as well as a private children's play room with a pull out couch,( can be used a seporate bedroom) and plenty of toys for girls and boys. Multiple movable cribs are available for your conviniece. We also have a very comfortable large couch with recliners (bed linens provided) in the living room for those that might have hard time getting up the stairs. We offer lots of entertainment, pool table, ping pong table, foosball tabIe, arcade, hockey, and plenty of seating. A professional Karaoke machine with disco lights, 2 microphones provided. Please don't be shy and show your talent. Two Iarge TVs one in the game room as well as one 65" in the living room for family movies, game nights, and more. We provide smart TVs in almost every room of the house.
Sauna is available all year round and can accommodate up to 3 people at a time.
The wrap around large rear deck features a Stainless Steel BBQ Grill with supplied propane tanks and cooking utensils with outdoor patio furniture that will meet all of your cooking needs while relaxing in the Olympic size 20'x40' Propane Heated Inground pool and 6 person hot tub while overlooking naturally wooded property. In the enormous yard you will find a big fire pit/grill that you can cook on, with lots of chairs around it. You will see a field with a soccer gollies and ball, where many games could be played as well as a playground with swings, sand box and mini home for the little children to play at. Best yet there is a tree house and not just an ordinary tree house. In this tree house there is full electricity and fan, can be locked from inside. Toddler swing is available.

There is also lots of entertainment that is near by the property. Many hiking trails, lots of different water activities like kayaking ( 2 KAYAKS ARE PROVIDED- GUEST MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE VEHICLE) tubing, skiing and water parks are near by, places like Shawnie Ski (5min away), Blue lightning tubing (5min away), Camelback Mountain, Jack Frost Big Boulder, and many more.
A shopaholics dream is also nearby (20 -25 minutes away depending on traffic). The Crossings Premium Outlets has 100 different Stores like Nike, Adidas, Forever21 and any store your heart desires. Kalahari indoor waterpark

Mount Airy Casino is about 25 minutes away. Mount Airy Casino has a lot of different events and parties. Great restaurants available on site.

Your summer time rental will include: Kids playground with kids playhouses, toys and swings as well as a tree house with toys. Few inflatable pool toys, several bicycles for adults and kids, 2 Golf Club sets in bags with balls, Soccer goalie and soccer ball (Plenty of private space to run around and play!), Basketball hoop, Badminton rackets with birdies, 2 flying discs. Fire pit with chairs around. ( Can be used in the winter time). Dry Firewood is provided on site. 2 Kayaks with 2 adult and 2 kids Life Jackets are available for guests, (must have a pick up truck, or a van to haul.
