The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was great! The place is a bit down trodden, the room smelled of cigarette smoke although it stated it was a non smoking room, there was a shower seat in the bathroom, no shower curtain and the shower was dirty and had so much hair in it it was nauseating. There weren’t ample towels and no amenities. No one cleaned the room and honestly would NEVER stay here again.

Walls and doors were grey, cracked and scuffed. Inside walls as well. Large property with no one to help find an elevator or direct to room. I had a question and had to call the hotel numerous times, left messages on phone and Expedia messaging . No one responded. “amenities “ I.e. pool were out of service therefore we should have never been charged full price. The double latch on the door was broken. Everything was old and looked uncared for. Walls paper thin. Dirty vents on AC unit. Un quality Inn.

Our room was dirty, ceiling above shower was falling down. Stains on floors, chipped paint, dirty windows. No restaurant, bar, pool or gym ...all under construction.

Under renovation but not quite done

The hotel is under renovation and the AC on the first room was too noisy. The management was very responsive and put us in another room that had great AC, but the bed was truly terrible. There was a deep indentation in the mattress that made us roll together. In order to not be plastered to my husband I had to sleep on the diagonal. I didn’t discover this until my husband was already asleep. The photo doesn’t do it justiceThe breakfast was also disappointing

Unfortunately, friendly staff is insufficient when a room is in disrepair and issues are raised and nothing is done to address those issues. Of the list of things that were wrong with the room, missing lightbulb, iron, luggage rack, broken television, etc. The staff seemed disinterested or unable to remedy the situation. Oh, did I mention that the phone didn’t work and when you sat on the end of the bed, the whole mattress would flip up in the air ready to pin you to the ground.
