Lower Worth the Price to Stay

Bed and Bathroom was nice and clean. Floor could have been washed better. It was gritty and dirty. There was an issue with volume until close to midnight and not addressed until complaint made. People were clearly smoking in rooms. It smelt heavy in cigarette smoke.

The room was relatively clean however there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, sitting water in the ceiling and leaking into the light by entry door you could hear the water running inside the light. This property is in terrible condition and for the cost for one night you could certainly find something much better we were very disappointed.

Dirty!!

The room was dirty! The bathroom was filthy! There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, no garbage can and the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. I told both the cleaning person and the front desk about the condition and also asked the cleaning person for a garbage and towels. Neither was brought to us and no one ever came to clean the bathroom. I would have went to another hotel but it was parents weekend and everything was booked.

Never Again

Where should I start? The hotel layout was obviously designed by someone who was sleep-deprived: the corridors seemed miles long to get to the room; the paint was peeling on all the doors to the rooms along the corridor; the room, itself, while typical motel size and quality, was not very clean and I'm glad I never walked on the filthy floor without socks or shoes; the stuffing was coming out of the sofa; the shower curtain was improperly sized, (so much of the shower water ended on the floor); the flooding was minimized only by almost non-existent water pressure barely sufficient to flush the toilet; the telephone didn't work; there was no coffee to put in the provided coffee maker; and because it was a busy university weekend, they charged me an exhorbitant price for the privilege of staying there one night. Never again! If it weren't for the clean sheets on the nice king-sized bed, I'd prefer to sleep in my car.
