Not a great hotel. Dirty and not well maintained. It was fine for a one night stay until the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and everyone had to evacuate.

No communication. 2am smoke alarms went off told to vacate. About 45 min later people started going back to their rooms. Staff never told us anything. Would have felt safer if we were told what happened. Staff can’t control what happens but they could communicate with paying guests. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Worst hotel stay ever
At 2 AM the fire alarm went off causing everyone to evacuate. Upon the alarm turning off we had no staff member come by to make sure everyone was okay. At breakfast the juice machine was not fully stocked. The apples were going bad. Many items were not stocked to adequate level. When going to check out there was no one at the desk. They had a sign stating to press the bell, which no one came after pressing. Or call the number, which went to the front desk phone. After waiting almost 15 minutes someone finally came but did not apologies for the delay nor showed any care for the delay. I was very disappointed with the service they provided and the only response she gave me was, "I'm sorry". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Waited at a the front desk for over 20 minutes before someone came out to help up check in. The room was ok the hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast was not prepared properly. There was no milk for the cereal, no butter for the nasty waffles, and a refrigerator caught on fire in the middle of the night. This interrupted our stay and we just went back home to Ohio.

Fire alarm went off at 2am. No info and no direction from staff. Room keys had to be redone and got locked out. Bathroom paint chipping. Had to request towels.

The first room we were given was quite disgusting. The toilet and bathtub looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The sheets and pillows had hair on them. The floors were not cleaned. When i advised the front desk, they immediately changed the room, unfortunately, the second was only just a little cleaner. I didn't go back because at this point, it was clear that we wouldn't be getting a better option. We were also woken up at 2:30 with a fire alarm due to what seems like a small electrical fire in one of the rooms on our floor. Overall, i can't say this was a wonderful experience. The only thing that made it decent was that the front desk was helpful.

Was in the room for about an hour that night and my asthma got triggered so bad from the mold and dust I couldn’t breath my eyes were watering had to check out asap. Vents full of dust build up you can smell the mildew right when you open the door. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was very sweet though have directions to our room and told us about the breakfast and Wi-Fi unfortunately I just couldn’t stay in the hotel.

This hotel is a rehab in progress. Some of which is well done and some not so much. Everyone working at the hotel gets 5 stars. Very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfortable with nice sheets. Room could probably use a couple more outlets.
