Owner & staff went above & beyond to make our stay pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. It was quiet & shower was hot. After a night in a nightmare hotel it was a breath of fresh air! Microwave, fridge even a stovetop & table to sit and eat in our room. We were staying from out of town because family was in Crouse hospital. I highly recommend them!

Did not include daily room cleaning unless requested. Was not made aware of this at check in, nor were there any notices posted at check in or in the room. No big deal, yet when I we asked the front desk for clean towels they handed us 2 hand towels and said that's all they had. Only 2 hand towels available in a hotel that has over 150 rooms? Included breakfast consisted of coffee, juices and limited bagels, cereal and packages of oatmeal. They did have a waffle maker, but it was always 3 deep in people waiting.

I left after ten minutes and threw the key cards back to the desk. Outdoor fire door jammed shut, abandoned creepy facility, lived in room once to it. AVOID. Refused to refund. Should be ckndemned

Average hotel in a good location
Average hotel in a nice location. The rooms smelled of bleach for the first day and would smell weed/smoke from the exhaust vents throughout our stay. We had to keep the bathroom closed which had a vent. Sheets were clean but were torn, bed/pillow were comfy. AC, TV, fridge, Microwave oven were working well. Breakfast was average, staff wouldn't refill frequently and no staff to monitor (someone would come every 15-20mins and refills some items and not all). Bread, bagels, muffins (sometimes), cereals, boiled-eggs, yogurt (sometimes), hot waffles, juices, coffee/tea made up breakfast, which was good. Pool was closed (not advertised).

When I pulled into the parking lot, it was bumpy and filled with pot holes. When I went to check in, the staff dropped a $100 direct deposit fee on me that I was never told about, causing me to go broke. When I got to my room, there was hair in the bathroom sink. When I pulled back the covers to check the bed, there was pubic hair in the bed. Then I checked the windows and they were so filthy I could not see out of them. The floors in the entire building were extremely sticky. The breakfast they served had stuff that was half stale and cold as ice. Then to top it all off, I was told I might not get my direct deposit back even if the room was in perfect condition. A $115 room turned into $215. Not worth the price and definitely not worth staying here again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Friendly and courteous staff, and it was a very easy and enjoyable trip which can sometimes be hard traveling with a pet. Clean room, well lit parking, great for someone just needing basic travel needs met. Would (and probably will) stay here again.

The Good: Affordable, clean(ish) The Not so great: Hotel is currently under renovations. As a result, there is no restaurant on site available, no pool access and no other amenities. You won’t find this out until after you book though. There is also no food options near by. The bad: As you’ll see from the pictures, the ice bucket is plastic and not clean. The radiator has a fresh coat of paint but is rusting over. It appeared that they didn’t replace the out of date model but rather just added paint. It also was stuck on the coldest setting and you’re not able to change it. There was a used towel behind the bed and stains on the pillows. There is no safe available at all! If you’re traveling from abroad , you’re going to want to carry your passport.
Zoom in to the bottom of the radiator…yup that’s a pile of rusted parts from it.
Zoom into the picture and look at the stains on it. There was also a long strand of hair in the bucket.

The staff treats you like you are second class citizens they only issue 1 key. If you reserved a 2 Queen room they will give you a king instead then refuse to refund your money and if you use Expedia they are no help.
