The room and especiaaly the king bed were incredibly comfortable.

Excellent stay for fishing trips

Fantastically warm welcome from owners. Great facilities.

This place will not be here many more years, but it's spectacular now. You wake up to the sunrise coming right into your bed. You hear the ocean 24/7, the seagulls fly by at eye level. And the seals are swimming right next to the shore all day long putting on a show. It is all about location and I cannot imagine a better one. All that said, I do wish there had been a little more on the site regarding amenities. There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. There are nowhere enough coffee mugs (only 3) and the few days my daughter joined us we ran out of spoons and small plates after one meal. Can't imagine what one would do if there were a full house. My other complaint regards the beds. They are way too soft. I felt like I was being folded in half by the mattress. I loved the location, but I would not pay that kind of money unless the mattresses were changed.

Quaint, old place, befitting of Cape Cod.

We enjoyed our stay here - great access to the beach, clean and comfortable.
