COME ENJOY this BEAUTIFUL LAKE MARTIN RETREAT, featuring FIVE bedrooms, FIVE FULL baths, and large walk out private sandy beach. Enjoy a beautiful view of the sunrise from a spacious screened in porch with TV and double swing. The house offers an abundance of large windows with a stunning view of LAKE MARTIN from the kitchen, family room and downstairs den. The home offers a open floor plan with a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances which include a 5 eye double oven range, ice maker, wine cooler, bar sink and prep island. The main living room and dining area is open, yet cozy offering wonderful views with beautiful scenery from every seat. The two master suites on the main floor have their own full bathroom and large closets with luxury linens and towels provided. One has trundle bed and crib available. Also on main floor is queen sofa bed with gaming/TV area with full bathroom. Downstairs is perfect for kids with sitting area, large screen TV and pool table and outside covered porch. It also consists of king bedroom with a private full bath, queen bedroom and full hall bath and queen bedroom with 2 bunks (full and twin). The sitting area has a trundle bed. Private boat ramp and dock suitable for 2-4 boats, 2 Kayaks, floating tubes and various life vest will be provided on dock. Also gas grill on side porch off of kitchen. We have 7 TVs which include Youtube TV with fast and reliable WIFI. DID I MENTION, CONVENIENT to numerous stores and restaurants! Outside security cameras are on premises.

Beautiful home with everything we needed
This home is gorgeous! There is so much room for gathering. It is perfect for a large group to have plenty of space to be together but also not be crowded on top of each other. The well stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking together as a family. We enjoyed the fire pit, the screened in porch as well as the huge dining table. The master bed and bath felt like a luxury getaway! The shower is huge. Donna is an amazing host. She went above and beyond in so many ways to make our stay perfect and special. We made memories that we will cherish for a lifetime!

ONE OF THE BEST HOST I MEET ON HERE!
She is one of the best hosts I've seen on here. We take a vacation every three months, and the house is amazing with tons of space for everyone! We have a group of 15 people, and this place fits us just fine. She also baked us a cake for our arrival, and it was so good that we devoured it within hours of arriving at the house.
