Great location, very clean, service most was ok Front end attendant was rude and not accommodating. They switched rooms with other guest room for friends, and I had ordered flowers and balloons for a surprise for wife’s birthday. I even reached out to clarify and make sure rooms were correct and it still was wrong.

Other great weekend trip at the Omni Nashville!
We were in Nashville for a weekend trip and as always the Omni Nashville was the perfect spot for our stay. It is close to everything this great city has to offer. Our rooms was clean and well updated. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was really accommodating. If you're looking for a great hotel in Nashville then look no further than the Omni Nashville!

So many hidden fees with absolutely zero explanation or apology! Over $100/day additional unexpected costs and $66.50 for valet we were told we had to do later told we didn’t. I don’t find it luxurious when businesses add on tremendous costs like this after the fact. It’s a complete turn off to the brand.
