Not safe in surrounding areas, hotel seemed secure, but not certain about that. Dinning on site was good, but short staff, very long wait time. Street noise was very loud at times. All hotel staff that were working were Great!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the comforter on the bed was dirty. The staff gave us a clean one but really didn't give us an answer as to why it didn't get changed when prepping the room as it was very noticeably dirty.

An amazing property! We have felt welcomed from the moment we stepped onto the beautiful and iconic tiled flier of this treasure! Everyone is friendly and helpful and wears the pride of this lovely gem. We have enjoyed the convenience of the local shuttle taking us to the Fairgrounds, the HD museum and the Public Market, they dropped off at local restaurants and the ball field as well. The food and service are excellent and shout out to the entire crew at the Gin Rickey - the on-site bar - for a fantastic and memorable experience! Two big thumbs up from us we definitely recommend the Ambassador and look forward to returning!
