Room was really clean staffs are really helpful and nice especially when our room wasn’t heated up so they move us to another room. Only thing is that the hotel bar was not seem to open more often so we have to go to the sister hotel and used their otherwise it will quiet convenient to used it.

Incredible Hotel! I wish I could remember all the staffs name and give them KUDOS! I do remember AMOS, he was FANTASTIC! All were super helpful! Room was amazing! Amazing view of Edinburgh Castle. Area is perfect. Busses and taxis right outside the front. Walking distance to all the attractions. Thank you for making our trip AMAZING!

Fab hotel. Easy to get to from Princes street tram stop (prepare for an uphill walk and steps, we took the step free route on the way back!). Room was perfect for my 11 year old and me. Views of the castle from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. Use of pool and sauna in the sister hotel 1 minute down the road was an added bonus. Loved this hotel.

Good sized rooms with comfortable bed and a shower and small bath which is rare. Breakfast was good and check in staff nice. Down side is if you ask for something they are not prepared of it takes a long time to resolve. For example we asked reception for a corkscrew and 2 hrs later they had still not been able to locate one and we ended up heading out
