Would recommend!
We enjoyed our stay here! There was a large bathtub, good shower with hot water, and comfy bed with a gorgeous view. Having breakfast included was a quick and easy way to start the day.

Perfectly located close to the centre of town and a short walk from the tram connecting the city to the airport. The hotel has a very nice old world feel, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the breakfast menu covered all tastes. We will definitely have the B B on our list the next time we return to Edinburgh.

Staff were outstanding, the breakfast staff need a bit more training, ordered toast for four took a long time to arrive and had to ask for it, arrived with toast for two not four, apart from that breakfast was delicious, nice touch with coffee machine in reception and a good selection of coffees, heating in room not good but duty manager solved the problem and by the time we arrived back from our concert we had a nice warm bedroom, all in all we had a wonderful stay an will stay again.

B B Edinburgh was a wonderful and cozy stay! The location was walkable and convenient, and the building was lovely. The staff were helpful, hope to stay again soon for a longer period of time!

Beautiful property in a very nice district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice facilities, library, bar etc. I had special requirements which were more than well catered for. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Great hotel, really clean room. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast had amazing options. About a half an hour walk to the main attractions but was fine for us. But I would think you’d need a taxi into town if you had mobility issues. Would stay here again, thank you

Beautiful hotel
Such a lovely hotel, very clean and spacious. Was a little disappointed that I didn't get a room with a big bath in the living space, even though I asked before hand and on the day and was told my room did have this. Otherwise perfect, can't fault it.
