Fantastic stay in a beautiful part of Edinburgh. Property has gorgeous period features, warm and cozy, extremely clean, lovely bar and breakfast room with superb views. Breakfast choice was great and delicious. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful, will definitely be back.

This was a great experience! This is about a 10 minute walk right into the bustle of central Edinburgh but just removed enough to feel quiet after a long day of walking. The hot and to order breakfast was so incredible and included in the room price. The staff were very friendly and the building itself was so charming and all decorated for Christmas. This was an amazing experience, especially for the rate. Recommend!

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and clean as were the rooms and dining area! It was super easy to get to from the airport with many different options of getting there and within a walkable distance to the Old Town.

Great stay at B+B Edinburgh. Our room had wonderful views of Dean Village and was incredibly spacious (booked the family room). Breakfast always decent and staff attentive making sure you have everything you want. Great selection of food for breakfast.

The room was very nice in first appearance, but as you look a little closer it was a bit tired and in need of a bit of updating/painting. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful although breakfast staff seemed a little overwhelmed sometimes, eg I asked for toast with my breakfast on the first morning but it never came even after asking twice. The second morning I again but it arrived after I had finished my breakfast even though I again asked twice. . However this is very small detail for what we experienced and will definitely use a again. 10min walk from tram stop to accommodation and everything else was within walking distance or tram if you wanted it. So am overall 8 out of 10 from me, but will be back.

Enjoyed a nice two-night stay with my wife. Accommodation was comfortable, they allowed free luggage storage before check-in, and breakfast was abundant and included hot food. The elevator was a bit small but at least there was one.

This B&B exceeded my partner and I’s expectations indeed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. We were able to leave our bags so we could go a wonder before checking in which was very convenient. The bedroom was perfect. From the jaw dropping views over dean village to the comfy big bed. It made it even more memorable with a snow day making Edinburgh feel like a winter wonderland. The breakfast was to die for, the staff were excellent. We will definitely recommend this hidden gem to our friends ☺️

We enjoyed our stay here! There was a large bathtub, good shower with hot water, and comfy bed with a gorgeous view. Having breakfast included was a quick and easy way to start the day.

Perfectly located close to the centre of town and a short walk from the tram connecting the city to the airport. The hotel has a very nice old world feel, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the breakfast menu covered all tastes. We will definitely have the B B on our list the next time we return to Edinburgh.

Staff were outstanding, the breakfast staff need a bit more training, ordered toast for four took a long time to arrive and had to ask for it, arrived with toast for two not four, apart from that breakfast was delicious, nice touch with coffee machine in reception and a good selection of coffees, heating in room not good but duty manager solved the problem and by the time we arrived back from our concert we had a nice warm bedroom, all in all we had a wonderful stay an will stay again.
