The rooms were terrible you could hear someone snoring in the next room. My room had a brown smear on the wall. It’s convenient for a cheap nights rest. The majority of the activities are about a 30-40 minute walk so pretty far in distance. The only redeeming quality was the staff whoever initially checked me in was great. Molina was apart of the staff as well and she was amazing and helped me to find a train. Whoever was in charge of breakfast and the morning shift was a pill and she was lucky I was on vacation otherwise I would not have been so kind.
Room was dirty at our arrival, behind entry door was a pile of dirt, hair and other staff. Bed sheets had crums and hair! I asked front desk to please change sheets but they just covered the bed back. The mattress was horrible! After you layed on it, it sank in the middle! Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Floor was never swept. We used the coffee cups one morning and they didn't clean or exchange the cups untill 2 days later. Over all very disappointing.
It was ok but very convient / we were able to walk and take the bus right outside not good if you have a hard time with stairs

calm and secure environment . Antique beauty. Convenient to all public transportation. staff friendly and helpful. Tap faucet- unable to combine both hot and cold water for handwash, face etc
We packed 5 people into a 2 bedroom suite and were very comfortable. Great spot with bus stop right out front and near so many neat places to eat and shop. The walk to Old Town is a little over a mile, but so worth it. We had a drink in the Cumberland pub and had a nice chat with the help. Would stay here again!
Property itself was very pretty. Our room accommodated 4 adults w 4 beds which was nice. Nice little bar open until 11, and good breakfast priced reasonably the next morning. The only thing I didn’t care for was the automatic light switch in the room- particularly in the middle of the night. Far too bright and stayed on too long disrupting sleep.

Very big room. Freiindly reception staff. Bar very small. No food other than breakfast.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I found that everything was as advertised. The continental breakfast wasn't quite what I expected but I appreciated the convenience of eating on site. It was close to the tram & train stations and right across the street from a bus stop so very easy to get around. I would stay again on a future trip.
Staff was friendly and room was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows could have been softer. There were 2 tesco stores within 5 minutes walk and haymarket train station was 10 mins walk. There was a bus station right outside the door and the airlink stopped there so it was easy access to airport. (about 20 min run for about 5.50 pounds). It was a good place for the price we paid.
The photos looked intriguing of the exterior, but we found ourselves walking through a maze of hallways to get up to a very inconvenient now stairway. I expected two twin beds as it was booked as a double deluxe instead, it was one single bed in a small room . Breakfast was not included. There were spiders in the room when we asked to change the room, the proprietor said there were no other rooms available. I found that hard to believe as the parking lot was half empty at 12 o’clock at night.
Outside is beautiful, inside is tired, dirt smeared high traffic touch points. Needs an update. Bathroom light is motion sensor activated. 6 pot lights in bathroom and 9 in the main room. Brightest hotel room I have ever been in. Needs a good cleaning but bedding was clean.
