Lovely located hotel and clean room. Only negatives are the price of parking thats not noted until you get there, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower and the spa only has 4 beds and kids classes going on constantly in the pool whilst I was there. Definitely not relaxing and having to fight for a bed to lie on at the pool is madness

I had an amazing experience at the Novotel Edinburgh Park Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with great attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also perfect, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. Overall, everything from the food to the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh

As per usual my Novotel room was well appointed and spacious. I chose this location near the airport as it was less expensive than the more centrally located hotels but because of the nearby tram and train stations it was onkyn20 minutes or less to downtown. My room had a small fridge, a room safe and a large screen 55 inch TV with Chromecast which made it possible to watch YouTube and Amazon Prime video programming. There is a shopping center across from the tram station with 2 supermarkets as well as a Costa coffee shop. Across the road from the hotel is a KFC and Krispy Kreme as well.

The hotel is in central with the airport and the city centre of Edinburgh and his Cleaner as the staff are friendly. The hotel is clean much appreciated all that.
