Modern hotel near Edinburgh Park rail & tram lines. Restaurant was good. Room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee amenities. Would stay again.

Room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice to accommodate all and was fresh, good quality. Overall we had such a fantastic stay but did have a couple of gripes. Firstly the restaurant menu it said the restaurant served dinner until 9.45pm. When we for dinner one night we were told at 8.48pm that the kitchen was closed but there 24 hour snack menu was available. We informed Reception of this and they were apologetic and said the kitchen should close at 9pm. We understand it's winter so times will vary but this should be clearly noted, the menu's stated 9.45pm and the hotel website 10pm. The only ther downfall was that the pool was cold which it take away the enjoyment of use and relaxation. But the rest of the facilities were great and the cleanliness superb. The hotel was only a minute away from the tram/train station was quick and easy connection to the city centre.

What a great experience! Staff were friendly and helpful, bedroom was thoughtfully laid out, attractive and clean; mattress really comfy and an extensive, varied breakfast. All this and a little spa for relaxation. Reception looked after my bag (after a noon checkout) whilst I went into the city by tram - which was just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. All-in-all great value for money- highly recommended.

I booked the wrong hotel due to location as i should have booked the novotel in the city and sadly the reception staff didn't want to help with that. The hotelmots self was lovely, nice modern clean room with nice toiletries, rituals and a nspresso machine. Pool with steam room and sauna is nice but you need to take £1 for the lockers

Friendly staff, clean rooms, towels were more than enough, modern room, place so close to the airport and the tram that can take you into the city center, everything is almost perfect until I used the toilet where I needed to push the button with all my might and use my wrist and exert 100 pounds of force just to flush. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
