Good for what I needed for a night - in fact, got ‘upgraded’ to a 2 bedroom when I had originally booked a 1 bedroom - a studio would have been fine. While I was on the first floor, would definitely recommend bringing earplugs,I was between the car park and the front desk, as it was very loud with people yelling in the garage and people in the lobby. Other than that, had everything I needed - silverware and plate ware, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and clothing washer. Bed was comfy enough.

This place was amazing. The workers were so friendly and helpful. Its a little off the main street but so worth it. Very clean and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. I loved that they had staff on at all times if you need anything.

Apartment was spotless, loads of space for 4 adults and very comfy beds. It was a last minute booking as prevous place cancelled on us, and the communication via email was perfect. All check in details were clear. On arrival Tony was very helpful at showing us to our room and showing us where everything is.

Perfect apartment, central location and very clean
We were very impressed by the cleanliness and high standard which these apartments offered. Central location with parking available made this perfect accommodation for a weekend away. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. We were on the ground floor, noise was not an issue and we both had perfect sleeps. Will be my first choice when booking away next time.

Simple quick checkin, very polite, informative staff. Fabulous rooms with clean amenities. Extra gifts like water and tea / coffee, washing powder for the washer / dryer. All in all A1. Only negative is the £15 carpark fee on premises.

The flat was warm, clean, and very comfortable. The modern look of the space was both noticeable and appreciated. It was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the gentleman at reception was very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We Aussies say "Way to go"!
All staff were so friendly. Ania at reception was so accommodating! We had a miscommunication prior to arrival re: twin beds not available in 2 bedroom apartment. Ania was able to book us in after one night of our 5 night stay. Ania went above and beyond the next day personally assisting with the room transfer in the morning before we went out for the day. 115 is on front street and beside lift. Heard little of traffic with window closed. No noise from lift use. Pod coffee machine a bonus with herbal tea choices among popular tea sachets. Packaged milk available in fridge as well as canned water. Beds are soft & comfortable, Manchester appeared new & in great condition, facecloths not provided which is normal in Scotland. Apt was so clean!! Nice to have 2 full bathrooms with 4 adults to shower each morning. Hot air Oven/ Microwave worked well (once we re-'read directions) for cooking our meals. Needed a cooking oven pan and staff were prompt to bring it. Door to kitchen/ living area squeaking loudly. Maintenance man Sam promptly came very next day to oil hinges. TV in bedrooms as well livingroom. Close to so much! We walked everywhere! Would come again. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in Edinburgh
PS Fountainbridge was the perfect place to stay on our 5 day trip to Edinburgh. The apartment was very spacious, the bed was fluffy and comfortable, and had everything you need to feel at home while traveling. The washer/dryer was in the apartment, as well as a dishwasher, fridge, stove top, and oven top. Extra props for the nespresso machine!!! The tesco express is within a few blocks of the apartment so it’s easy to stock up with essentials. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Haymarket station is about a 15 min walk to the apartments and old town is very close. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Edinburgh!

Relatively Large apartment with a kitchen. One of five buildings owned by this property manager. Had to wait several times 10-30 minutes for front office staff to come back from checking in other guests. The room itself was great and comfortable and safe. Walking distance to the tram and bus for rides into the Royal Mile and other tourist places.

The staff was wonderful with lots of help and ideas during our stay. The apartments gave us the space we needed and the beds were very comfortable! And great breakfast cafe next door. Highly recommend!

AMAZING. Worth every penny. Comfortable beds, large rooms, amazing staff who are willing to help. The city is so walkable, so you can get anywhere from this hotel. Definitely worth it to stay in.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean. They were very responsive to all our needs. Rooms were a bit small. We used common area for our bags. Our room was facing the street which was very noisy the first night. But good location about a $16 taxi to main areas.
