This was perfect for us! Simon was very nice and extremely helpful. The apt was very clean and well appointed; the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The only issue we had wa a clogged shower drain which caused some extra water on the floor but they gave us extra towels and took care of it before we returned from our day exploring. We would most definitely stay here again.

I booked the hotel because I saw photos of the hotel building online but when I arrived I was taken to another building next to a highway and it’s very loud. I felt it a scam. Totally different building, and the one we stayed in is quite ugly. Fire alarm went out in a morning and we had to go out of the building. The TV was not working in the bedroom.

Our suite was beautiful, with large bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge common area (dining, living, kitchen). Area is quiet and beds super comfortable and everyone in our party bragged how well they slept. Town center (Castle, Royal mile, University, etc.) is a 15 min walk away and a Tesco Express is around the corner.

Very clean, not too far from Princess St, Comfortable stay, would recommend. A small Tescos just around the corner, 10 mins from West End Tram stop, so 28 mins from the airport. 24 hour reception. Would happily stay there again.

Impossible to open the windows because of the noise coming from a very busy main road which the property directly overlooks. I was unable to change apartments because I was informed by reception that the ground floor was also noisy

Excellent property, well managed with 24 hours “lobby” for all adjacent apartments. Big, clean, with comfortable supplies and Nespresso. Only downside was our ground floor apartment could hear every conversation and car that went by.

Went to Edinburgh for the Military Tattoo and was only a 20min walk to the castle. Premier suites was brilliant 24hr reception and always there if needed anything.
