When we arrived we couldnt even see the hotel name which is infront of the Taste of Persia restaurant and not on top of the building. We had to go in and ask her if it was Comfort Inn or not. The receptionist didnt know how to communicate. She asked for my ID when I ask her if she needs to keep it she says yes and than I tell her other hotels dont keep it and than she says no, we dont keep it. Also didnt mention where all the Comfort Inn parking was. Cause we got back from our outing late and came back to the front parking lot being all full and than we decided to check the side of the buildings back where there was tons of parking so we parked there. The room was cold not heated. The black tissue box on the sink counter was already broken why are broken tissue box there in the first place. And the heater or fan keep going on and off in the room. The worst part was at night when the snow cleaners came and made noise for about 4 hours.. we hardly slept. Worse experience ever in a hotel. Please do better.

Expedia offered this property as a choice when I was looking for a location near Edmonton Airport, so I confused it with the Comfort Inn in that specific area. So I drove a long way to get there and arrived unhappy. HOWEVER, the room was nice including the bed. The area is full of places to eat. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I easily parked right out front. Carrying my luggage up the stairs to the second floor (no elevator) was tough because it’s so heavy. Getting onto their wifi took a while, as if it could only take so many users at one time. But I liked my shower and slept really well. So it wasn’t terrible once I got there.
