The building looked dirty, 80s decor, felt unsafe. Building stinks of perfume, ebough to give you a headache. I assume trying to cover up the stink of the building. Elevator reeked of cig smoke. The maid was knocking on doors to see if you wanted to check out early at 9am. Expedia should pay them a visit, as photos and the rating gives false advertising. I would have left and went elsewhere if i wasnt alone at 1am when i checked in.

Desk service man was so rude. Didn’t even greet us. Room was fine but smell was terrible inside all the towels were totally ripped and one of the towel had big hole in it my husband went to change it inform him that we are not responsible for this if charge after we left. The same old fellow was rude to my husband. Didn’t even change and said all we have these towels.we were calls from another rooms continuously. Our experience were not good at this hotel never gonna stay

Beds were horrible, soon as I sat on the bed, sunk into the mattress, the time before the tv was an issue. Last desk clerk couldn’t even remember that I’ve been there over 60 times, horrible customer service.

There was a orange chair in the room that should have been in the garbage. The breakfast advertised pancakes,sausages and omelets,and juice. There was only pancakes available only at 8:30 so apparently they didn't restock but had a broken juice container.you can hear planes, and trains and traffic.

The hotel is dated but in pristine condition and very clean. We couldn't adjust the temperature, so that was a disappointment. We were quite surprised that they had an electrician knock on our door to remove a light fixture during our stay (we were in the room at the time). It was very awkward.

The room was decent for the price. They need do not disturb signs for the doors so that housekeeping doesn't keep knocking on the doors when people are trying to sleep. The guy at the front desk was very rude at check in.

The place and the room is okay but the thermostat isnt working properly as the aircon is not working. Unfortunately the staff when we checked in has an attitude problem. He was rude when we checked in telling that we dont use our common sense whatsoever. Overall the stay was okay it's just the evening receptionist that isnt so good behaviour.

As soon as i walked in the the hotel front desk lady complained about how much work the last person left them . Had me sign that if the sheets or towels were stained there was a 25 dollar cleaning fee. When i got in the room both beds had stained sheets and one was hot pink , then it was intentionally covered by the blanket at the foot of the bed. The bed was very squeeky and it was broken in the middle like a horse slept on it , it was so caved in i thought i was going to be swallowed up . The continental breakfast was very sweet non nutricious . The night auditor was a breath of fresh air , very nice and polite with lots of nice things to talk about . Would i stay here again , absolutely not
