There was mold on the shower curtain and shower head. There was nobody at the check in desk and had to call a phone number to come down to deal with the line up of people checking in. Normally a good experience otherwise at this hotel.

This is my usual hotel when I stay in the south end. I booked the room back in December for 2 queens and was disappointed when I checked in and was told they overbooked and the only option was a room with a king bed and a pull out. It worked out ok but it was disappointing to not get the room I booked. Otherwise, everything went like it usually does. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We didn’t have the free breakfast this time around.
