Bring your own bed coverings. All you get on your bed is a sheet set. Duvet cover is no thicker then a sheet. Absolutely froze last night. Cranked the heater to compensate. Just aweful.

Very friendly staff, from concierge to housekeeping. Very good breakfast! I extended my stay by an extra day without much hassle. Was a quiet stay, close to a lot of shopping locations and some cute restaurants/cafés.

I was very pleased with our stay. My only complaint would be that the couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and could use an update. A pot of coffee and/or hot water would be nice in the lobby instead of using the keurig in the room.

We liked the staff who checked us in and out as they listened to our concerns. There were a couple areas of cleaning like an amazing accumulation of toilet paper lint on the holders. This could have been vacuumed or dusted each day. Obviously not done. Secondly the bed skirt was soiled at the corner. It just needed a wash. The person attending the breakfast area needed to change her gloves or wash her hands after cleaning tables before she handled food. This was not done despite my husband mentioning it several times while we were there.
