Good location - unfriendly
The hotel has a wonderful location directly next to the nature reserve Lueneburger Heide. Just just have to walk a few steps to see endless fields of heather. Rooms were spacious and clean. It also has an elevator. The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is due to lack of customer service. We arrived in the evening and asked where we could dine and the receptionist recommended the onsite restaurant. However, the restaurant could not seat us due to incoming reservations (tables had reservation signs on them) but also did not make any effort to find an alternative solution, such as seating us at the bar. We felt brushed off and not welcomed. When we mentioned it to the reception, she did not care either. The receptionist at check-out in the morning was more friendly. Seemed to be a hotel for people who come to the region for horseback riding.

Trevligt hotell med standard likt bilderna. Middag och frukost var bra. Vi hade med oss hund och uppskattade framförallt att det låg vid ett naturområde med fina vandringsleder.

Trevlig paus på väg ner till Spanien
Övernattade för andra gången på detta fina hotell. Bra frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Tyvärr ösregn när vi anlände så ingen promenad bland omgivningarna den här gången heller.

Vi overnattede en enkelt nat på vej længere sydpå, men hold da op, hvor vi ønskede at skulle være der længere tid! Hele hotellet emmede af dedikation og fokus på den gode oplevelse. Alt fungerede ved dette sted - vores yndlingssted var den skønne gårdhave tilknyttet restauranten, hvor vi både fik en lækker frokost og en kop kaffe om aftenen. Dejligt sted - her kommer vi helt sikkert tilbage!

Tyvärr mycket hårda sängar och knappt alldeles för mjuka kuddar. Frukosten var i mindre skala men väldigt god i vacker miljö. Poolen hade en mycket behaglig temperatur.

Godt hotel
Hotellet levede fuldt op til vores forventninger - og mere til! Der mangler måske en elevator, da der er mange værelser på 2. sal, og det er lidt besværligt, hvis man er ganghandycappet, og skulle slæber kufferter op på 2. sal. Forhåbentlig får hotellet også ladestandere til el-biler.
