It was amazingly clean and Personell was very nice! Breakfast could be a bit longer for those who sleep in , and the bar would’ve been nice if it would’ve been open at the time it stated to be open . But I’m staying there every time we go to El Paso

I'd stay there again if I had to.
The room looked like it had been cleaned in haste, but the most important parts were clean. I did not like the Dial soap for hand-washing. That stuff is toxic and does not even wash off. Plus the soap smells, but I brought enough of my own stuff.

The room was large and comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, comfotable bed. The bathroon was ok but the shower leaked onto the floor, I had to use towels to mop up the water. The soap, shampoo etc, were very small samples and they left oneof each forbtwo people. I usually bring my own, but I forgot this time. A little inconvenient, but not a disaster. They had breakfast, which was decent. Nice over all.

The stay was enjoyable although we were with family at their home most of the time, It was only a place tio crash at night time, However, they could not find my reservation and therefore did NOT honor the price quoted to me. I told them I had called the day before and made sure my reservation was in fact there, and I even called the number I had called and it rang at YOUR front desk. The girl who answered the phone said I was registered and there no worries. They asked me who I talked to but I did not get her name but will in the future. I have been in the customer service industry and I know there are ways too check on an employee's performance when it is such a critical issue. Your employees were nice but not helpful and I know their hands were tied as far as they could do something. I was told the manager was off for the weekend BUT there has to be someone who is in charge when they are out. It seems to me that NO ONE was taking responsibility! The service was good but the checkin was horrible! Because we had to be some place, we checked in and paid the price quoted!

Showed I had a pet to the front desk and she didn’t give me a pet acknowledgement form so I was charged an extra $250 when I didn’t know I had to sign such form and she saw my cat. Talked to front desk the next day and they checked the cameras and confirmed she saw my cat and that it was their bad. Still waiting on my refund of the unclaimed pet fee.
