Proyecto Palmita located on 4.5 hectares in the heart of the orchard of El Pescadero, Baja Callifornia Sur. Is a space where you will be able to relax, walk among among a Palm Sanctuary, collect your own harvest from our organic garden as well as connecting with nature just a few minutes from the beach.
Our Villas can be found between birdsongs and vegetation, each Villa has its own private garden of fruit trees and aromatic herbs.
The Palapa, the jacuzzi and rest areas around complement the experience as well.
THE SPACE
Our villas try to preserve their architectural sophistication, with natural finishes and interiors based on the Wabi Sabi philosophy. Where less is more, and where there is beauty in the passage of time and the imperfections that may come with it. Open spaces that complement themselves with the surrounding nature of the Project. The Penthouse Villa Cocotera has a room with a king bed with a private terrace with a bathtub, hammock and unforgettable views of the orchards. In addition to a full bathroom and a rooftop with benches and a table to enjoy the impressive sunsets, a good practice of sunrise yoga, or a glass of wine under the starry sky.
GUEST ACCESS
Take the time to walk the garden area to harvest what the season has to offer. Stroll through the Palm Tree Sanctuary if you would like. Visit the Big Palapa to relax or dip in the Jacuzzi.
