When we arrived to our room the toilet seat had yellow brown stain around the toilet seat. Then we went to dine and my son found a hair on his fries. They did give us another set of fries. We then went upstairs to take a shower and the water went out. My wife had to go down the elevator twice before the water came back on. I had shampoo on my head and soap on my body, while waiting 15-20 minutes; before the water came back on. Once the water came back on, the first 10-15 seconds was black water. The hotel staff was respectful the whole time; but we had a terrible experience. We will never stay there again. I’d much rather pay an additional 15-20 bucks more and stay at a better hotel.

This place was just OK. The outside hallways and lobby look good but my room was a dump. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but the shower was nasty. The floor looked horrible, the hinges were rusty, the door jam was missing paint, and it was all scratched up to a point that made the shower look gross. I didn’t even wanted to touch the door that it looks so nasty, I would definitely not go back. However, the breakfast was actually really good and the server along with everyone working there were very kind, nice and helpful. The restaurant experienced wasn’t good. It was rather excellent. Everything else definitely will not go back to it. It definitely was not worth the money.
