Here is the real deal: The apartment complex is located right on the beach, but the problem is that swiming is forbidden in front of the hotel, and you have to walk a few hundred feet to the next hotel, where the beach is much larger, and there is also a lifeguard on duty. Two chairs + 1 umbrella cost 15BGN, if you walk to next hotel to the left, and 21BGN if you go to the right. The rooms are clean, there is a tv in the living room, but the cable is missing, so it's useless. Wireless internet is very slow, and you have to pay 20BGN for 3 days of service. The matress was very cheap, too soft, and I couldn't sleep very well during my trip, so be aware of this issue if you are used to a firm matress. For economy reasons, the complex cuts down the hot water during the day, so take a shower in the morning, or you ll wait till 5-6PM. Everything else was great about this complex, including the staff. When you exchange your foreign currency, I advise you to use an ATM from a well known bank, in order to get the best rate available. I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5.
