Nice place close to skiing. Staff was very responsive. This is a self check in property and you’ll need your own toiletries. Checks all the boxes for a comfortable convenient place in Ellicottville.

Great value and lodge like feel. Perfect for a skiing weekend. Can walk to town even in a snow storm. our room needed a fan in the bathroom but other than that a nice room.

Great place to stay for ski races at the local mountains. Convenient and walkable to town. Common areas are comfortable and having coffee was a bonus. Beds were comfortable and suite had loads of space for all of us. Washing machine was not working during our stay. Shower and shower curtain in our suite needs a good scrub (some mildew). I would recommend for a weekend in ELV.

With a price of the stay, it was not worth will. Upon entering the room the fragrance reeds where so strong we could not breathe, we had to open the windows to air it out The bed was dirty,with dog hair on the lining and bed skirt, the couch in the room was stained and gross, the carpet was stained, the toilet hardly flushed tissue paper. The refrigerator in the room did not work. It stated Bed and Breakfast, the was a coffee machine in the common area with no coffee. The things we appreciated were the fan, electric door features.

The room was perfect for a single person - a couple things could be improved like the shower hot and cold handles - they were very lose - you had to push the hot handle into the shower stall to make it work. Rings on the shower curtain were missing- would have been nice to have paper towels in the room not a big thing as I just went to the grocery store and bought some. Overall nice property
