NO ELAVTOR!,!! When we got there we were told no ground floor rooms were available that our room was on third floor but NO ELEVATOR. This is a brand new facility. My husband can’t do steps. The gentleman at the desk completely understood and said he would ok cancellation with Expedia after I contacted them. Which we’re working on.

The accommodation was first rate and very comfortable. Separate sleeping area with a TV in each. The location is all new and someone has gone to a lot of effort to make the stay pleasant and memorable. We didn't get chance to use the pool but looked well setup and ideal for a young family.Easy parking, plenty of food outlets and supermarkets within easy reach. Located on the route to Arcadia national park. If you want a treat there is a lovely ice-cream parlour next door. Only very slight niggles is there there was no lifts which if you are on the third floor (2nd if you're from the UK) with a heavy suitcase isn't ideal, and the back ground music needs to turned off at night.

The property located near the shopping center of Ellsworth and you can go grocery shopping and dining in a walking distance. The unit we stayed like one bedroom apartment with a bedroom and kitchen. It’s spacious for 3-4 people. Everything looks like brand-new and well maintained. We only have some complaints about the TV programs since a lot of channels are not free.
