Excellent hotel. Wish I had booked a second night. Dining was great. Room clean and comfortable Convenient location. Parking just a bit of a pain as we have an oversized vehicle. Could do with better signage to the hotel from the garage. They do send an email to explain how to get there but at 10 pm too tied to look at the email. Would still recommend and are actually returning the end of the month

Disappointed and frustrating!
There were several issues that we found very inconvenient and frustrating. The first this was the difficulty to get there with the construction around the hotel, the second one was the fact that the site said the hotel would validate the parking but they ended up saying it would be more costly if they validated they validated the parking and it would be preferable to pay directly at the parking garage. The other thing was trying to get out of the hotel to get to the downtown area and having to return before 9 to go through the mall and avoid a detour. When returning to the room, the air conditioning did not work so we left the patio door open but the noise in the courtyard and in the downtown area kept us awake, in addition to the helicopter flying around several times in the late evening. The room was clean and the beds comfortable but the overall experience was very disappointing!!

The worst thing is the air conditioner, when it is on, it is too cold, but when it is off, it becomes very hot. The problem is with the thermostat. It will wait one degree or more before it is kicked off. The hotel is too old. I would definitely avoid it the next time.

I love the location of this hotel and its not their fault that there is a lot construction going on outside but they could at least clean the windows! its easy to get to the water front which is one of the big attractions of this place. The room had a bit of a musty smell that quickly went away after we ran the AC for a bit. the bed was super comfy and we both had a great nights sleep.

The hotel is misleading. Walking into the beautiful foyer you think the hotel room will match, but it doesn’t. Hotel rooms and common areas are dumpy and need a good deep down clean. Parking is an extra $30/night. So, $250 overall is very expensive in my books, regardless of convenience. We would’ve rather slept in our car rental. Very disappointing stay/way to start our vacation.

Hotel needs a desperate refresh, carpets throughout the hallways and in the room needs replacing, maintenance on walls and gangways are falling apart. 1st room assigned reeked of someone smoking in the room, the AC's are terribly loud to the extent that you need to switch them off to get some sleep. Hotel was unfortunately a let down

The location is perfect. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities. The staff is friendly. However, the beds are not comfortable, my key card stopped working 5 times in 2 days and every time I called the desk they ve put me on hold.
