Could not adjust air conditioner so it would turn off and on in the night. And it got hot in our room. Tried to use the coffee make provided and it did not work. The fridge didn’t work either.
Pool closed entire time , water pressure over tan shower , paid for a tub did not get a tub, hot rooms air conditioning worked poorly , staff not welcoming , rooms not that clean and remote to tv did not work . Room clean was at 9 am and not like other hotel mid afternoon … very disappointed for the money I paid
door to bathroom would not shut, entry door had to be pushed closed. pool area landscaping was not done ever, carpet in stairwell and hallway wore out with holes in it. one elevator did not work ice machine did not work. very disappointed in overall condition of motel. we stayed there before and it was really nice
It was clean that’s about all I can say. They charged expensively for everything. No breakfast included, no hot tub… the hallways were hottt and musty smelling.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The bathroom shower did not appear to have a good cleaning and the towels had stains. The air conditioning in the room worked fine, but apparently was out in the hallway on some floors, so waiting in the hallway and the elevator in Texas summer heat was not good!
We stayed at this property a year ago when we helped family move to Texas. The hotel is convenient to shopping and highways. The staff is friendly especially the Bistro staff. They are so helpful and accomodating. The only issue we had is that our room had some spiders. I was bitten on two fingers and we killed several spiders. We reported this to the front desk and told them that the room needed to be sprayed for bugs.
