More like "glamping". Not really a hotel.
The staff is super friendly, the bed is actually really comfortable and the included breakfast is not bad but other than that this hotel is extremely overpriced for the experience you get.
The pictures online made us believe this was a proper hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. This is yet another "glamping" spot with very a rustic set up that costs more than an actual 4-star hotel.
Our "room" was just a "concrete container" with a wall of glass. Each of these containers has their wall of glass facing each other, which means unless you want other hotel guests looking straight into your room all day you will need to have your curtains closed all day.
The window by our "bathroom" wouldn't close properly so we had multiples flies in our room during our stay.
There is zero noise isolation in these containers. One of the guests decided to take a phone call outside of their container at 8am and it was like if this person was inside my room. That was followed by the cleaning staff pushing their carts over the cobblestone path between the containers around 9am making A TON OF NOISE with their hard plastic wheels.
The "pool" looks cool in the pictures but is actually disappointing. Also, there are rooms with their wall of glass facing the pool so if you get one of these rooms any guests swimming will be able to look inside your room.
There's no shade in the area where you park your car so be prepared to leave your car's AC running for a while before you can actually get in.
