About this space
This is a vintage beach cottage modernized. House was originally built in the 60's, it underwent a full year renovation project. Casa Lucia features great ocean and beach views and a lot of privacy. It has nice spaces, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The space
After entering the main patio gate, you will find a private patio with bbq and outdoor dining table. Upon entering the front door you will be in the open dining room and kitchen area. On the left you will find the ample living room with ocean views. Also on the left you will find the king sized bedroom with ensuite full bathroom featuring a rain shower. On the right is the queen sized bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. There are ductless AC's in each bedroom to keep you cool or warm at night.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.
