The hotel was very clean, staff I encountered was nice and friendly however, the design of the building it’s a safety hazard for the people there who have stairs everywhere! Especially people my age. I didn’t know they don’t have an elevator and I couldn’t get my money refunded, so I stayed. Dragging suitcases and whatever you take on a short trip. I fell and sprained my wrist, hurt my knees and one ankle. I thank God for not breaking anything and for the male employee who came to help and offer to go get me ice, bandages and an ointment to use right away. They have steps even in the bedrooms to go into the bathroom, toilet, a smaller one in the shower. The phone wasn’t working either. They did have breakfast include and a menu on the side.

Very clean property including the room. The bed was very comfortable, nice size tv, hairdryer, we needed two additional pillows which we got immediately after calling the front desk. Free breakfast included, very tasty.

Hotel Rose was Great!
This was our first time driving through Mexico, having visited Cancun and La Paz before via Air. When we drove in we were shocked by the neighborhood, but once we checked into Hotel Rose we were amazed. A sanctuary in what looked a bit run down but was everything promised and more. The breakfast was very good as well. Service was professional in the restaurant and the hotel. Nice secure parking. Room was cool with high ceilings and very clean. Was a great way to start the trip down to Cabo. We'd stay there again and likely will.

They had a policy of not letting an suv park inside due to the length. My wife wasn’t happy with that. We parked outside (still within the protection of the hotel but not covered) and all was fine.

The room was overall clean, beds were comfortable, parking vehicles on premises felt safe, with an automatic garage door to exit, the complementary meal was descent, a couple things to keep in mind, walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper, expect to hear folks coming and going all times of the day/evening especially if your room is close to the exit, Also the hotel is in the older part of town, however just short blocks from the strip.

Clean and cozy great place to stay.
This is a nice place to stay for an overnight business trip. The rooms are a bit small especially the restrooms, but they are well equipped. The restaurant on the first floor is quite excellent and has the best cooking staff. The hotel is well centered and close to food, shopping, and beach. Overall a good place to stay.
