Hotel staff are attentive and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and gorgeous view of the habor and the city skyline. Weekend breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The coffee cafe made a perfect americano with almond milk everytime. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many great day time attractions and then a vibrant nightlife. Highly recommend this hotel and also the Inner Harbor location!

When it comes to cleanliness, this may be the cleanest hotel I have visited in decades! I am very much a germaphobe and normally have to wipe down intimate areas of hotels with my own cleaning products. I did not have to do that at this property which was great! The rooms and hallways are recently renovated and beautiful. All of the other areas are just average. The restaurant was also average but came in handy. Staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. I will visit again and try to enjoy some of the nearby shopping next time. We had other priorities in DC during this trip. I say 9/10!

I paid for an upgraded corner water view room and the shower did not have any hot water. Ice cold. They told us all they could do is give us some Marriot points in exchange The staff was lack luster to say the least

This place is fantastic! Everything was top notch from start to finish. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is super convenient to Pier 6 and many fabulous restaurants. It is expensive but worth a splurge every now and then
