QUE DECEPÇÃO...
Temos que ter critério para fazer avaliação, pois pelo preço, precisamos ser coerentes no que dizemos. Mas no caso desse estabelecimento, muita coisa básica deixou a desejar. Café da manhã até poderia ser simples, mas no caso deles basicamente não tinha nada. Chuveiro não esquentava, no segundo dia o elevador não funcionava e nosso quarto NÃO FOI LIMPO. Quando questionados, a alegação era porque o Hotel estava muito cheio, algo que não faz sentido, pois deveriam ter capacidade para atender o número de leitos que oferecem. Achei bastante sujo os corredores e algumas áreas comuns, principalmente pelo fato de ficar sem elevador, tivemos que circular pelas escadas. As duas pessoas que tivemos contato no balcão, merecem elogios, a pesar de tantos problemas, sempre nos atenderam com cordialidade. Acho também que poderiam firmar parcerias com estacionamentos próximos, para o veículo não passar a noite no relento a beira da rua.
