It was just ok
great views - a little outdated home - too many stairs to get to top floor (was exhausting climbing over & over - needs more parking spots! otherwise was ok. expected nicer for the $ I paid though.

Very clean, conveniently located. We enjoyed being away from the craziness of downtown, but just a short drive from everything we needed. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a group of 5 adults.

Worn but had a great time
We loved the location, thought the place was clean but it was quite dated with a good degree of wear showing in a lot of areas. Awesome views and overall a great time. Style and decor are the only downsides at 3 stars but the rest was 5 stars.

Pillows were very flat. Beds very hard. Living room furniture dated and a tear in the chair. But the location was great. We saw elk on the property every day. It’s roomy and fun.

Estes Park Rental
Located halfway between the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the city of Estes Park. Beautiful scenery. A few more steps than we realized as it had 3 levels. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. It also had a garage that came in handy during the hail storm. Great accommodation.

Fantastic Location!
We stayed here for only 3 nights and I wish it could have been more. The condo was super easy to find in a perfect Mountain side neighborhood, with wild turkeys, elk and bears roaming around on the hillside right by the condo. It was so close to RMNP which was exactly what we wanted. Estes Park is absolutely adorable too. We ordered our groceries online for a quick pickup so we didn’t have to waste time shopping and we were able to cook easily in the well stocked kitchen. The condo does need some new carpet just in side the front door but it was really the only place that I noticed. I would also say it might be time to replace the caulk around the tub it was a little mildewy. The biggest thing for us is that we didn’t realize there wasn’t AC which I’m sure normally is fine but it was unseasonably warm while we were there. Nonetheless once we realized this we just opened all the windows and it was perfect sleeping conditions. Thanks for a great stay, we would absolutely book again.

This house was clean and well equipped. All the appliances worked and were clean. Some of the furniture could use a bit of TLC. but overall it was in good shape. The road to the home has tight curves and elevation, very manageable in the summer but you will definitely a 4wheel drive in the winter. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay very much.

Great View, disappointing house
The view from the front and back decks is spectacular and closeness to Rocky Mountain Park can't be beat. One morning we saw deer from the back porch. The property was very disappointing inside. Dated furniture wouldn't disappoint me but this cabin ranges from dated to decrepit with the upholstery on the chair in the living room torn, the ceiling in the dining room having patches of acoustical covering missing (evidence of a previous or current water leak), weather stripping on doors is coming off etc. and the downstairs carpet is beyond worn. Regular maintenance/cleaning was lacking - light in the master bath out, entire place was dusty and the windows were filthy. All that being said the place is large and was comfortable (kitchen is a bit small). Not having a garage door opener made using the garage cumbersome as homeowner and Vacasa ask for no shoes in the house so you have to park car in the driveway, go upstairs and open the front door, take of your shoes, go downstairs, open the garage door from inside and let the driver pull the car in (to leave you have to reverse this process or run out under the closing garage door). Vacasa also misrepresented the availability of the barbecue stating that it was on the private back patio when it was actually down in the garage with no easy way to get it to the back patio. Overall for the price charged for this home it was underwhelming and I'm sure there is better value for your money in Estes Park.

Wonderful location on the edge of town close to RMNP
This is a wonderful condo in a quiet setting with great views. It is just a couple of miles to the RMNP Fall River Entrance and is a perfect location if you will be spending your vacation in the park. My wife and I stayed there by ourselves and it was perfect for us but it is big enough to work well for a family.

Lots of space! Great Location!
This three bedroom property is located about 2 miles from the entrance to RMNP and about the same distance from downtown Estes. The unit is spacious with incredible views. Anyone would appreciate the quiet and the views! The living offers comfortable seating and all the beds were firm with nice sheets. The upstairs room, with the twin beds, were perfect for our grandchildren. The kitchen had adequate utensils and was easy for cooking. Dining room table was able to seat our group of six. The unit was very clean. We missed having a working grill and garage door opener. We enjoyed the Big Rec poster! And would like to offer thanks to some fellow Nebraskans!😀

It’s very close to Rocky Mountain national park, approx 2 miles. Just a heads up that it doesn’t have air conditioning. It gets warm during the day in the house but as the sun goes down you can open the windows to cool off. Beautiful view.

Snowfall first night and worked with the condo staff to get us up the hill (hard to find numbers). Absolutely gorgeous views and fun climbs (even in backyard!). So grateful for the cleanliness and the welcoming state of the condo (there was a poster from Lincoln NE - where we are from! Cool!) Didn’t have enough washer pods but very grateful for the coffee pot. :) Thanks for everything!

Basic with a great location
This isn't a fancy condo with lots of amenities, but as a landing pad at the end of a fun day outside, this worked great for our family of 4. The location is great- amazing views of the mountains, close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, and on a quiet private drive. The condo could use updating but there were lots of clean towels, comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked with the basics. **The maintenance team was trying to manage it, but we had mice in the condo. We called and daily they came and emptied and reset traps. We did not appreciate our uninvited guests!

Nice condo with nice views
Property was as described. And -- lots of stairs! Of course I had the heaviest suitcase, and my husband had to take up 3 flights. No, he was not amused. The condo was clean and worked out well for our group of 5. We were hoping to see some wildlife, but all we saw were a few turkeys, and once we saw 2 elk in the neighborhood. The sunrise was nice, as was seeing the moon over the mountains. A few notes that may be helpful. There were no potholders in the kitchen. Made it a challenge when using the oven. There wasn't really enough forks/spoons, and we had to keep cleaning the few there so we could use them again. No Kleenex was there either. A binder with info would be helpful, as it relates to using tv etc. Also weren't sure if we were to take garbage out, since we were there over 1 week. Sent message asking, but never received a reply. Also, there didn't appear to be any recycling. Yes, that drives me crazy. I separated it all and took it into town to recycle bins at visitors center. The screen door on the front was torn (a lot!) and therefore, we never felt we could leave the main door open, as bugs/moths wanted to join us. We didn't want to be their friend. The fan in the 2nd floor bathroom sounded like it was dying a slow death. Only used it once, as it was very loud and sounded as though it may 'blow' at any minute. When using the washer, and putting it on cold water, the water still came out hot. Tried switching it to hot, thinking they may have been switched, but that didn't seem to help much. A key pad for the garage door would be quite helpful. Wi-fi always worked without any issues. If you will be shopping at Safeway for groceries, which is pretty much your only option, I suggest you get a Safeway card. It will save you quite a bit of $, and then you get rewards too. We got 20 cents off our gas after hitting 100 points (I think). Well worth getting the card, and not paying "tourist" prices. :-) We would stay here again if in the area. We liked how close it is to the entrance to Rocky Mountain, and not having to go thru town to get there.

Family Vacation 2019
House was roomy. Two queens are firm. Barbecue pit was filthy, but they had a George Forman for burgers. No hotpads bring your own. Enough dishes, pans etc. couple lightbulbs out. Carpet from garage up to main level filthy other carpet pretty dirty but vacuumed. One balcony door wouldn’t lock. Views are fabulous, location wonderful. Even with the few problems we would absolutely rent it again.
