Thank you for hosting us and accommodating our needs through the trip. We were having trouble with our refrigerator and Bri was able to have someone dropped off a backup mini fridge for our groceries.Great place and scenery, my family had a great time relaxing and playing in the snow. We will see you soon with another trip in the springs .

Beautiful Location in the Middle of Estes Park

Overall, the stay was great. There was no mention that the location does not have AC, which would have been good to know. We would have still chosen to stay in this location. There was potentially an issue with the property management company, but VRBO handled it and was wonderful to work with. VRBO ensured our trip would go as planned.

Great place- awful management company. They were very slow in responding to my questions most of which were never answered. I would recommend the place itself but I would strongly suggest the owner select a new management company. They are not doing you any favors.

Nice very comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fireplace wasn't working and the company managing the property (Vacasa) was not very responsive and waited until the next day to come out and take a look at it. They finally connected us to our "guest agent" who was very helpful and came out to connect the fireplace. We're just not sure why we had to wait so long.

A bit disappointed…

The bedsheets and pillows smell like that of a frat house, the sign on the door about no shoes was a great idea minus the muddied carpet we were then expected to walk on, couldn’t find extra blankets and after telling the manager it was never acknowledged. Tv has ONE channel, the garage door is too short so our ski rack wouldn’t fit so we couldn’t park in it, only driveway with ice, we get blocked in by others parking behind us, the shower floor is grey and gross, shower walls are slimy like cleaner was sprayed but never scrubbed or wiped, towels are so rough you tear up your skin drying off, fan blades are heavily coated in dust, hot water runs out quickly, but decent location.

Getaway Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils, so we were able to cook some of our meals. It was close to everything but not too close so that we could enjoy the mountain views as well. Would stay here again.

Awesome Property / Annoying Booking Process

This was perfect for our group of 6 to spend our Thanksgiving getaway. It was my husband and I, along with our friends and their 2 kids (ages 9 & 13) and this was perfect. Our friends and their kids took the entire upstairs. They had their own bathroom and the bedroom upstairs had a queen and a twin bed. The 13 year old slept on the upstairs fold out couch. My husband and I were downstairs with a queen bed and our own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of pots and pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, dishsoap, trashbags, paper towel, etc. We had to get our own plastic wrap and tin foil etc, but that wasn't bad and we were super close to Safeway. The property was immaculately clean and we had plenty of towels, linens, and lots of blankets. Only areas of complaint were that the downstairs bed was VERY firm, uncomfortably firm. And the upstairs bed was much too lumpy and uncomfortable. My husband and I both had backaches and our friends ended up sleeping on the floor upstairs the last night. (maybe we should have switched beds!). Also the booking process was kind of disconnected. We booked through VRBO but the property is managed by "Vacasa" and the 2 services gave us conflicting instructions for different things (eg. check out time, check out process, and what the property was equipped with). It was pretty confusing and NOT my favorite. The property did have lots of posted signs and instructions that answered most of my questions so that was very helpful. And it was a really good location. Walking distance to the lake, great views, and 5 min from town. very very handy

It is a short ride from the entrance of RMNP. The town is nice and walkable. The house was in a residential area and quiet. Close to the town. Very nice. Kitchen is well equipped.

Amazing!!

We had a wonderful time! Finding the property was easy. It was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony/patio were my favorite part. It is so peaceful out there, no matter the time. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, spacious, and comfortable!

My husband and kids (ages 10yo & 8yo) stayed here for spring break. The house even more spacious than the pictures show. We loved relaxing by the fire at night. This home is located close to the path around Lake Estes, grocery stores, Stanley Hotel, restaurants, mountain sports store and climbing wall, yet it was quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.
