The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. Very nice property, but be informed…
First and foremost the listing on the VRBO app was accurate we just didn’t realize that the apartment didn’t have AC. That wasn’t a problem at night, but during the day it did get very stuffy - and with young children that require naps that presented an issue. Ceiling fans or pedestal fans would be a good contribution to offset no AC. We also noticed some of the linens seemed to have mystery stains that made us a little wary to use them.

Great Location
Fantastic accommodations and location. Can walk downtown on trail with view. Good restaurant close. Elk on property the last day we were there. They were in river and bedded by the entrance after 9:00 am laying under shade trees by the water.
