The place is in secluded setting away from town but not far, which is nice. The cabin was clean and cozy, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. When I mentioned it to the front office upon checking out, I was told it is not going to be same comfort as at home. I get it, I travel often to many different kinds of hotels. Typically, you get some sleep and some places cheaper or luxurious are close to home comfort. They have nice grill outside and nice touches inside but regardless how cozy the room is, uncomfortable bed will really make a big impact on the experience. I got a decent rate but wouldn’t book this at peak season. In addition, the cabin is connected to another unit and I could hear everything. I also think I read front office was open until 8 pm and it is only til 5 so glad I checked in before they close, as I was running late. The front desk had an attendant but also a machine with screen that had a person asking fir id. How weird to have a person attending and still have a robot assistant.

The tv was messed up which was really annoying, even though we followed the instructions exactly. They expect you to wash your dishes even though that’s part of what you’re paying for is cleaning services. The hot tub was nice and hot but had some small things floating in the water. The bedrooms were small. It was a beautiful location and comfortable mattresses and nice and clean place to sleep. Can see river and Elk from balcony

My husband and I ABSOLUTELY loved our stay here. Property and cabin were clean relaxing. The staff were friendly and considerate of all of our needs. This was our first time to Colorado and we will definitely be back. We would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely beautiful cabin with modern ammenties including full kitchen, modern bathroom with heated toilet seat. So nice!! Better than a hotel room. Close to everything you want to experience in Estes Park. We will be back for a longer stay.

The property area is quite nice. The room on the other hand had such a strong chemical smell from cleaning products we could not stay inside the room for more than a few minutes at a time. We checked in and back out in under an hour. The property manager was rude and disrespectful when brought our concern to his attention.

This beautiful property is great for a quiet getaway from the city or a more relaxed outdoor trip. We had a grill we could use as well as a full kitchen and dishwasher. Bed felt a little small so I'd definitely get a king next time and I definitely saw hot tubs as well. There were plenty of chairs outside to sit back and have coffee or a beer and just listen to the water.
