The property area is quite nice. The room on the other hand had such a strong chemical smell from cleaning products we could not stay inside the room for more than a few minutes at a time. We checked in and back out in under an hour. The property manager was rude and disrespectful when brought our concern to his attention.

This beautiful property is great for a quiet getaway from the city or a more relaxed outdoor trip. We had a grill we could use as well as a full kitchen and dishwasher. Bed felt a little small so I'd definitely get a king next time and I definitely saw hot tubs as well. There were plenty of chairs outside to sit back and have coffee or a beer and just listen to the water.

Streamside is awesome! Matt was so incredibly nice and helped us with great suggestions on things to do! The cabin was so clean and beautiful. Lots of widlife sightings too! We plan on using this property again on our future visits!

Cabin 8 was wonderful. Kitchen was very nice, table and couch to be able to sit and relax. The King bed was so comfortable. Shower and bathroom were very clean. The only thing that we were not able to use was the Fireplace. We were told that it was turned off due to fire regulations. The porch was nice, had table and chairs to relax and watch the turkeys, chipmunks, squirrel, and hear the bird chirping. Thanks to Max.

This place is a gem. The inside of our cabin was like new. Full kitchen with new appliances. Two small vanities, nice shower. Bed is comfy, door in bedroom opens onto the deck. Nice BBQ & table/chairs. Wrap around deck with several other chairs. Plenty of space inside. Living room & bedroom have large flatscreens. Electric fireplace in both rooms. So clean & comfy. Grounds are pretty, nice bridge that goes across stream. Only 3 miles from Alpine Rocky Mtn park entrance. Max the manager is very nice. Hope to get back next year.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s great. Unfortunately the owner tried to sell off our booking before we arrived, in spite of our booking being pay on arrival. They don’t have consistent booking policy. Other than that, it is a great location and great for families.

We enjoyed our stay at Streamside, the cabin had enough space for our three children. They enjoyed playing in the river and soaking in the hot tub. It was very quiet which was nice because our intention was to get out of the city and enjoy some quiet time. The beds were soft and comfortable (if you enjoy soft beds) the staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of wildlife! Will definitely return.

I loved that this property was off the beaten path just enough to feel private but also very accessible to shopping and other attractions. It was clean, quiet and the views were beautiful. We were visited by elk and turkeys several times.

Wonderful stay in Estes Park!

We were more than impressed! The Streamside on Falls River is a gem. We stayed and highly recommend riverside second floor unit is a fully equipped apartment. We can not wait to return. Wonderful location, right on the river, second floor with balcony and gas grill! cozy living room with gas fireplace, king bed, large bathroom.
