Air-conditioning on the first floor was not working, ended up around 30c inside. Pool was closed. Wifi doesn't work on any floor except the first. Bedding provided on the pull-out couch was quite dirty, called down to the front desk but they didn't have enough staff to send up a new set of bedding. Staff were friendly but limited in their ability to assist. This location is definitely below the typical standard for Best Western Plus hotels.

Customer service was excellent. Zero working HVAC on main floor and hallways. Made it difficult for room HVAC to keep up I think although it was not unbearable. Breakfast was hot due to HVAC outage considering it was 65 outside. Pool was out of order. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure.

Pool and hot tub not working and we weren’t told until we arrived there. No discount. Break from 8-11 too late. We grabbed a to go bag and items were wrong. The beds and rooms were spacious and comfortable the TV was small. Lots of towels and great water pressure

The staff was very polite when arriving they had excellent service I need to complain about is the beds are extremely hard and comfortable never had that before. What I heard after our stay is that there is someone else that would go there with the grandchildren to stay there and most of the time pool was out of order so now they stay at another hotel and with our stay the pool was out of order not great when you have your three kids looking forward to swimming Janice
