MAIN Level/2nd
Bright and open living area featuring a comfortable sectional and a foldout sofa sleeper. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy! SMART TV and gas fireplace, makes for a great night of lounging near a cozy fire. Log in and catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with large windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring full size appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Separate dining room complete with a dining table with seating for (8) and a bar in the kitchen with (2) bar stools.
2nd level Office has a large desk as well as a convertible sofa sleeper to accommodate (2) extra guests. Comfortable with clean & crisp linens, and plenty of space and natural light with the large windows. There is also a large desk for working remotely!
UPSTAIRS 3rd Level:
Primary bedroom features a KING size bed, comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. There is a ensuite bathroom & walk-in closet for storing guests personal items. Glass door allows easy access to the covered patio from the master bedroom.
Primary En-suite bath with a jetted tub, as well as a tiled shower with a glass door. Double sink vanity with storage for guests personal items. Private toilet room with locking door and large walk in closet. High quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, hairdryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.
There are 2 additional KING bedrooms furnished with comfortable mattresses and clean & crisp linens, each room featuring it’s own unique style. Each room has a walk in closet for hanging clothes and luggage racks for storing guests personal items. Bedside lamps and nightstands make reading in bed convenient. Both rooms have great views of the mountains and tree line below. There are blinds for privacy and a full bath between the bedrooms.
Bright and clean upstairs additional bathroom with a large vanity & two sinks, a shower/tub, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer & clothing steamer complete the necessities!
Washer & Dryer in laundry room upstairs for guest use.
Private, fenced back patio with plenty of seating including Adirondack chairs, gas firepit, BBQ grill make for a relaxing evening on the patio. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee here or on the additional balcony on the front of the home, overlooking the beautiful forest landscape.

FREE parking for (2) vehicles in driveway, and up to 2 additional vehicles in garage. The GARAGE is available for guest use! Please do not park on the narrow street!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private home, driveway, garage & patio. Washer/Dryer. Outdoor areas with stainless grill, gas firepit, outdoor seating and fenced back patio. There is a pack n play at the property as well.

Centrally located to Eugene & Springfield off of I-5 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoy your time in the Cascade Mountains, at the junction of Oregon’s McKenzie and Willamette Rivers. Eugene is referred to as the Emerald City and is loved by adventure seekers. This home is 2.5 Miles from University of Oregon!
Eugene is dubbed "TrackTown USA" by elite athletes around the world, the "Silicon Shire" by leaders in the tech industry, "A Great City for the Arts & Outdoors" by its local residents, "Home of the Ducks" by collegiate sports fans and "Emerald City" by those whom love its many green spaces and lush fern and evergreen forests. Getting Around:
The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within 5-10 minutes of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended. Approx. 1-2 miles to Albertsons & Dutch Bros.
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home.
Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~This property DOES NOT allow pets.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 14 days for an additional charge on all stays over 14 nights.
