Really cute little motel close to downtown Eugene and some great coffee spots and shops. Bed was very comfortable, the couch bed was convenient but not quite as cozy. Parking was easy but the lot is very dark at night. Ultimately we had a nice stay and would book again.

Liked: walking distance to locations in town, and contactless check in. Disliked: very thin walls, gap under front door, no fan in bathrooms, booking indicated King size bed, and it was a full, and the AC/heater unit was filthy and incredibly loud.
Great little spot! Affordable price point, but really nice place. The owners have put a lot of time and effort into making this a unique place to stay.
No complaints about the property or owners. It was perfect for our quick stay... very convenient check-in and out. Very clean room! Our only complaints would be the condition of Eugene. It was very run down with a lot of garbage, pee smell and homelessness. Considerably worse since previous visit.
Very neat and clean room. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Convenient location. Room appeared nice but the floor turned my feet and socks black! There were 3 towels and 1 each of tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash for 2 people for 2 nights. Staff seemed annoyed when I requested refills.
Very clean. There is no closet, unfortunately. There is outside noise and not a lot of insulation in the walls. The bed was very comfortable, with outstanding pillows. Our room had plenty of light which I appreciated as it made makeup application much easier.
The door to my room was broken. It wouldn’t latch. Fortunately I didn’t have anything stolen. I was able to lock the door from the inside but not outside. There’s no office or staff on the premises aside from the cleaning staff.
Here are the downsides as my rating was pretty high. No staff onsite but very responsive to text. There is very poor ventilation, broken bathroom fan, a window air condtioner is your only option to bring air into the room.
No elevator and a slippery shower with no grab bars. No flat surface in bathroom for toiletries except the toilet tank.
It’s interesting because there isn’t a check in desk and everything is run through email and text. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I received regular communication from the property manager to via text to see if we needed anything. The only downside would have been the bathroom door and privacy. Overall experience was excellent
The room itself was very welcoming. Coming from a long road trip from California to Oregon this motel felt just like home maybe even better ! The staff was wonderful and understanding. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Oregon.
What a cute little hotel! Pictures are one of the reasons I picked this hotel and the thought of staying somewhere that wasn’t a big chain really appealed to me. It didn’t disappoint.
Nice to see an old motel updated rather than torn down.
The remote was impossible to figure out even after referring to the onscreen user guide. Very, very frustrating.
Why have an iron in the room if there is no ironing board? Yes, I iron my shirt
before going out on an appointment.
I like creamer in my morning coffee, even if it is powdered. Was the omission of that detail an oversight or your standard policy?
It's the missing details which kept me from giving you a score of 'excellent'
