Perfect house for a group of 3, plus our dog. Nice location, centrally located relative to attractions in the area. House was clean and well appointed. A little hard to find when arriving late at night.

Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located.
Very quiet neighborhood. within easy reach of downtown and surrounding areas. Needed clean sheets and the manager was easy to reach and dropped off a set of clean sheets within hours. My main complaint is that the WiFi was undependable and slow. I suggested to the owner that they install a modem in the unit and not whatever booster situation they have going on now. Also, be aware that the West wall really is shared, you can hear the neighboring rental and vice versa, and there are no windows on the West wall (the shades on wall are purely aesthetic). If they can get an actual high speed modem installed in this rental I would rent it again when I'm in town for business.
