Hotel was amazing, stayed in a suite, decor and layout was excellent, bed was comfy the breakfast was one of the best for a hotel. Lots of variety dishes and someone making fresh pancakes ( excellent) cute bar was a fun hang out,

They can’t help that the power went out but it was frustrating to inquire on my options for the rest of my stay and not receiving much direction. So, a portion of my vaca was spent just figuring out what my options are and making a lot of calls only to get answers and help once a 3rd party stepped in. The rooms themselves are great. To not offer some sort of arrangement for guests seemed a bit inconsiderate. Again, I understand they were in a bind but I ended up cutting my stay short due to the issue and really, their resistance to helping me as a guest.
