The property was safe, secure, comfortable, and clean! And minutes away from SeaTac! Oh- and there are treats in the kitchenettes by the rooms and ice cream in the freezer! Great touch!

I had a wonderful stay during my recent trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary snacks and well-stocked toiletries. The hotel’s location was great for what I had planned. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Hidden Hotel with good access to SeaTac Airport
This hotel is a great place to stay when traveling to Sea Tac. We have stayed here a couple of other times. The hotel is clean, the location is great for leaving for the airport. We have had issues with the heating/cooling system 2 of the 3 times we have stayed at the hotel. The electronic keypad needs to be reset. When reset, it stops working again about 5 minutes later, so you are unable to control the temperature in your room. We also had an issue on our last stay with parking. There was an event going on at the hotel and there was no parking for hotel guests. We were told we could park quite a ways down the road at the YMCA and walk back to the hotel. At night, in the dark, leaving our car at an unattended business overnight. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk a manager contacted us and resolved the situation by moving one of the hotel vehicles so we could park on the property. We appreciate the customer service and will stay at the hotel again. We do hope the heating/cooling issue can be resolved.

The grounds, main building and restaurant are very nice and well kept. However, once you go to the room the hallway is beat up. Every single door jam should have been painted years ago. The room was worn as well. The room we were in was heavily used by corporate travelers and significantly overpriced for the condition it was in.

Great visit overall! As a first time guest who arrived after dark, one thing that would be helpful would be to have someone escort me to the room because it was dark outside and I had a bit of a challenge finding the sidewalks and entrances to the building I was staying in.

Hidden gem next to the airport , you won’t even notice the airport is in the vicinity, great way to end our cruise trip and catch a flight the next day , super relaxed and terrific atmosphere!
