This place is an utter dream, the view from our room, the amazing smell from even the hand soap/body wash/shampoo and conditioner. Having make up removal pads, the spacious shower, the views. I was able to order food to my room and was beyond delicious!!!! For my first time with my puppies was so easy to check in. The sun came in to our room and we were able to sunbathe. Was able to update the heater and then cooling. Just heaven :) even had ice cream and cider, water we got when we came in :) how convenient! I’ve stayed in other places and just felt so homey and everyone was so nice
Waterfront property. We enjoyed walking around the marina. Multiple locations to dine and drink at within walking distance. Great breakfast at hotel. Very clean inside and out. Staff very friendly. One of two elevators was out of service.
Only one room was available. I payed for 2. The front desk lady was rude and didn't know how to do her job. I walked into the room and had to check out. There was blood on the sheets and the room was smelly and filthy!! There was some unlawful activities happen in right outside the building and parking lot.Which the frontdesk lady was partaking in. DANGEROUS HOTEL/MOTEL!! I WANT A REFUND!!!
I liked the maritime theme and how they tied it in with modern design. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit small. Most of the staff were pleasant especially the gentleman at the front desk, but the staff in the restaurant were not so much. No one smiled at all! The food however was delicious! The third floor corridor smelled quite musty and upon arrival one of the elevators didn’t work. We went to an event and when we returned both elevators didn’t work which left all guests to use the stairs. They could really use a second elevator at the other end of the property.
