It was such a beautiful, warm welcoming hotel with great staff. Never once did i go without, their team had everything ready when i got there and was on top of the service. Loved this place and probably one of my favorite spots to stay. The area around is so relaxing and gorgeous, especially at sunset.

It was quite noisy from other guests celebrating around midnight on our floor. We contacted the front desk to inform them of the situation, but it took some time to address the issue. Additionally, our sink is clogged every time we use it, and the housekeeper should be aware of this, especially when cleaning the sink.

Everything was great but disappointed the balcony had no seating and the outside was very noisy from the AC units and roof below my balcony. I think if I had known I would have opted out. I don’t think it was worth the additional cost for a balcony.

The hotel location is great in an up and coming redevelopment, very walkable and nice sights. The hotel itself is fairly standard but trying for up upscale feel, which isn’t quite hitting the mark. We happened to be in on a night that had a high school Prom and were woken up at least 6 times during the night between 11 and 4am with screaming down the hallway. I mentioned this to the front desk on check out but they didn’t show much empathy at all. The lobby has no hot water, tea or coffee with real cream which is pretty standard at all but the most basic hotel chains. We had a nice dinner and beers at Scuttlebutt and it’s a very short walk across the street. We will be back to the harbour but likely will stay at another hotel.

Prom Chaperone

I had an event in there Ballroom and decided to stay over with several of tge chaperones. The attendants were amazing, making sure we had everything we needed, fir the event and for our rooms.
